Beautiful residence. Very clean and well-maintained. Kitchen as well stocked and we enjoyed many meals together for a ski vacation, the personal shuttle was fantastic. I recommend being dropped off at the Beaver Creek Landing site, since it is only a few steps to the chairlift.

We loved this place! It was perfect for our us, our two little boys, and grandparents. The amenities were wonderful.

We loved the location of this property for skiing, dining and shuttle service. The amenities were perfect for the family after a full day of skiing. Great beds and plenty of room to relax.

Location is amazing if you're skiing Beaver Creek, right next to the entrance to the mountain. Door to door shuttle service was excellent to BC, Vail offered as well. Condo itself is spacious, clean, and enjoyable. The hot tub/pool area was closed earlier than advertised and property manager didn't follow up after inquiring, and the steam room was closed for maintenance which was unfortunate, but otherwise great.

The ascent is the best!! We love it here and had a fabulous time. The amenities and people who run this place are top notch. The apartment and property are great.

This was our fourth year staying in this wonderful condo and we had another great family memory. So much fun to let the kids run down to the game room area.

Enjoyed our stay!!

We were a family of 6 and the condo was just enough size to fit our group. Very clean and modern setup with a great deal of amenities for kids (pool, games, etc). Only complaint would be the comfort of the master bed. Other than that it was perfect!

The unit was excellent, its well furnished and clean, with lots of light. The building is fantastic with a nice garage and parking area for bikes. However the manager of the Ascent is a nasty, unpleasant old man that kept following us around and pestering us. He kept asking what unit we are in, he bothered my kids at the pool when we left for a moment to get towels, he really ruined our stay. I wouldn't stay here again even though everything else about the place is wonderful, I just wouldn't want to run into this person again.

This property in Avon is great for skiing at Beaver Creek although they also have a shuttle that runs to Vail. Being in town is great since there is easy access to restaurants and anything else you need. Very clean and well apportioned unit.

This condo is spacious and comfortable and supplied with all the amenities anyone could need. The shuttle service to BC makes your ski day so easy. And Don, the shuttle driver is an exceptionally friendly and helpful man. He was a blessing!

Very good property for six people. The shuttle provided by the property was great. Just a few minutes ride to Beaver Creek, shuttle left every 30 minutes or so. Vail service not as frequent but still good. A seven to ten minute walk to nearby restaurants. Rented skis from Venture Sports, ten minute walk, great service.

The apartment was roomy, super clean and nice. Top notch. The Ascent/ the building m/is incredibly quiet, nice and convenient. The shuttle worked Ike clockwork to Beaver Creek and Vail. Overall a great experience. Will repeat!

Great place to stay! Close to everything and lots to do for kids too little to ski!

Overall the property was wonderful. Had an issue with getting in initially because the manager gave us the code inaccurately, but was solved. Greg, shuttle driver, was wonderful, what a nice guy. The hallways smelled like an Uber driver’s cologne, no need to leave that smelly air freshener allover the place, yuck. Our condo was over the top perfect. Plenty of room, remarkably clean, beautiful. With having the kitchen, we ordered groceries online from Walmart before we flew in, picked it up and were set for the week. Bring coffee, not provided, no biggie though. The ski lockers are huge, plenty of room for 5 adults’ equipment, and right by the door for the shuttle. The game room is great, but there’s no one there, so was weird at first, but had the run of the place, so was fine. Pool and hot tub were clean, great. Outdoor spa was closed, which was unfortunate. Would stay there again for sure, and highly recommend.

We stayed at the Ascent and were very happy with everything about it. From the location to the amenities, the condo layout, etc. Loved it!

The building and unit were both well-taken care of and very comfortable. The location is as convenient as you can get without staying in the actual village. Had two couples and two kids for a long ski weekend. There was plenty of space in the condo for everyone to be comfortable. Kids loved the game room and pool space. Adults appreciated the convenience of the ski lockers, warm parking garage, and well-stocked unit. Took a star off because one of the king beds was very creaky and the dryer was extremely loud. I'm sure the rental company will take care of these items for future use. Would definitely stay at the property again!

We enjoyed the stay. Very clean and specious. Kitchen was well appointed. Ski lockers and shuttle service was perfect. Wish we had robes 😀� (The washer and dryer were loud and unbalanced.)

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable and cozy. The building amenities were an awesome perk too. I rented this condo for 3 couples and the 3 bed - 3 bath was perfect for a group of 6! We would 1,000% book this exact condo again!

IT was an excellent place to stay.

Very comfortable, large, well appointed condo just outside gates to Beaver Creek Resort. Very quiet building. Inside parking is convenient. Nice common amenities like pool and hot tub that I wished we would have had more time to use. Overall great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing condo! Tastefully decorated, very clean, and every thing we could need (this includes a wide variety of games & puzzles for family time). Very nice amenities: pool and hot-tub (which we used every day) as well as game rooms. The shuttle to ski at Beaver Creek worked great for us; so nice!! Great property management as well - they were responsive and able to answer questions and accommodate needs. I would definitely consider the Ascent when I visit Beaver Creek again. One very minor point - the garage is limited to 7' vehicles, so if you have a box on top (we did for our skis), your car may not fit. This was not a problem as there was plenty of parking outside.

This is a beautiful, high end, clean property. It is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 6. The game room amenities on site were great as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Our condo was beautiful, spotless, spacious and quiet.

The kitchen had everything one could need, plenty of room for three couples, very nice gym and pool and steam room. A short walk to Starbucks, we were extremely pleased and comfortable.

We enjoyed the game rooms and pool and hot tub. Good location to walk to shops & restaurants.
