Really enjoyed the location of this house. Previous stay had been over by Sugar Hallow Marina. Which is nice but I prefer this area, prettier and more coves to discover. The back deck and views are beautiful. The new dock is really a nice upgrade.

Even without great weather this place was great. The house, swim platform/dock made the trip fun!

We enjoyed our time very much at this property. Scott was very responsive and the house was well stocked unlike some houses we have stayed at that barely had pots to use for cooking. The dock was terrific and the family has a great time using it.

My husband and I visited with our 4 children and had the best time. We have been to Lake Norris before and love the location of this house. Being less than 15 minutes from the Walmart was so helpful. The home was spacious and has beautiful views. The kids really enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. We had a great time!!

Enjoyed this rental very much. Had plenty of room for large family. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed the dock and rented boats and could pull right up to dock to load. Would have loved to used the firepit but it was a little steep to get to to feel comfortable. In dark with kids. Scott did say he is redoing this fall. Scott was very easy to communicate with and gave great advice on marinas. Etc. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful lake home.

This is a very nice property located in a really nice area of Norris Lake. We loved the location because we could easily boat and swim in safe areas without a lot of boat traffic. We enjoyed kayaking in the area as well since there are calm coves close by. The steps to get down to the dock are pretty steep but that is very common on the lake. The house had a lot of room and we were able to comfortably spread out during our stay.

This house was in a great location to town, marinas and food. The house was very clean and in good working order. The host is very receptive if any questions at all. Would definitely visit again.

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and condos and this was the cleanest by far. This house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for our family and beautiful views. Great place to stay!

This was our first trip to Norris lake and we had a great experience. The house was perfect and the view was amazing! It is a little bit of a workout getting from the boat to the house (several steps), but it was so nice to have a private dock and to have our boat with us at all times. The location was great and the house was easy to find from the water. We will definitely plan a return visit!

House and decks were amazing. Steep hill to front door and steep hill from house to dock is not good for older folks. Bed in the downstairs guest room was not comfortable at all. Dock was great. Overall a B+.

Our second time staying at Majestic Waterfront, and we're already discussing our third trip. Amazing lake views from the house, with just a short walk down to the dock. Since our last visit, an picnic table, several kayaks and an awesome Lilly Pad was added to the dock for guests. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was a great getaway. It is steep, but that is 95% os Lake Norris. We would definitely come back.

This was a great rental experience. The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful. The house was spacious, well furnished and very clean. Good communication from the owner. Everything as advertised and even a little better. Highly recommend this property!

My husband and I, along with my sister, her husband, another sister and her friend, enjoyed this lovely home for a much needed getaway! The home and surroundings are absolutely lovely! One of the most peace-filled getaways we’ve ever had! We greatly enjoyed long talks on the covered deck while overlooking incredible beauty, as well as all the fun the property provides! Kayaking on the pristine emerald green lake, swimming, fishing and relaxing on the dock to name a few. An intensely fun ping pong tournament to top it off! Truly delightful! We did communicate with Scott regarding quite the disappointment to arrive and find 3 bedrooms instead of 4 as previously advertised, though we made it work. Scott was kind and apologetic and said he has since fixed the error. A beautiful time away! Mind. Body. Soul.

This was such a nice house to stay in! The peacefulness of the area can't be stressed enough-hardly any boat traffic. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings out on the deck. Wonderful place.

The house was very beautiful and clean. The scenery around the house was beautiful with a very clean lake. The owner was informative and friendly. We never had to wait long for him to get back to us when we had questions. The rental fees for the boats were very reasonable. The neighbors were also very friendly. All in all, we really enjoyed our week here.

Scott was very easy to work with even apologized fir texting me on my phone. I was a guest in his house nothing wrong with texting. Great house, location and beautiful lake. Would definitely stay here again!!!
