Location of this house is perfect. You will be literally Stalin's neighbor:D The host is nice family, the room is clean and has everything for your stay. Kitchen is spacious. Only downside is that the walls between rooms are thin and when somebody phones you can hear every word. So not good for KGB or Georgia mafia:D Just a bad joke. For the price is this guest house the best choice. Thank you my friends.

Great location (2 minutes walk from the Stalin museum) in a new and spacious 2nd floor area with modern fittings and kitchen utilities, as-well-as a sizable garden/balcony. All was well, though my room was not heated at night and I had to use both blankets and both sheets, yet I was still freezing cold The room was actually colder than the garage :( Not sure if this was a mistake, however, if this is fixed then I would rate 10/10 for sure. The hosts were helpful in organising transport (shared taxi) from the guesthouse for 7 Lari. The WiFi was also excellent. Would recommend, though breakfast was bare.

Exceptionally clean, private bathroom, good breakfast , location near Stalin Museum, and price. Also quiet at night for sleeping.

Could use some hooks in bathroom for towels and hangers for clothes.
