Kelly, I & Rocky (lhasa apsa) thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing 2 night get away. The outdoor fire with the brook beside us was wonderful. The last evening we were by the fire around 6pm and all of flew over head! Stunning.a sudden an Eagle

This was the most beautiful, peaceful weekend. Everything I was hoping for and more. Will definitely be back!

The cabin was charming and the view outstanding. Sitting on the deck watching the water flow was very peaceful and relaxing. We throughly enjoyed the interior decorations which reflected a very interesting life and personality of the owner. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had a very enjoyable time and will cherish many fond memories.

The property was manicured beautifully. Everything was there that we were told would be there. We are in our 70’s and being one level was perfect for us and our 10 year old dog Hoover. There were a few glitches that were quickly resolved thru communication with the Whost and her maintenance people..

Another amazing trip

Great location. Loved the proximity to the creek. 10/12 minutes from Bushkill Falls and many other attractions. 20/25 minutes from East Stroudsburg. Stayed with my daughter to get away for a couple days. Communication was smooth after figuring out the paperwork emails (I didn’t realize they were for our stay at first, so I thought it was spam.). The owner is very nice and gracious, and this appears to be her private home. We did see lots of birds, deer, fish jumping, a hawk and such. The setting is very relaxing. The main living area is open and bright with large windows. Tons of kitchen and every day supplies available, so no need to bring your own (appliances, dishes, utensils, etc). Lots of interesting artwork and even pictures. If you arrive on a very hot day, it will take the standing AC a good 1/2 day to catch up and then it gets down around 73 overnight and 78 during the day (It felt fine once caught up, no issues). If the weather is nice, definitely open all of the windows and screen doors to let in the breeze and the sounds of birds and flowing water. We enjoyed floating on the tubes in the creek in front of the house to escape the heat. The water was too low right now for paddle boarding but the creek has 2 natural pools to cool off and swim in and enjoy. Great fishing spot as well! Really nice fireplace and fire pit but it was too warm to get them going. Expect a cabin in the woods by the water that was turned into a personal home feel.

My family likes to adventure and we always try and go somewhere different and we had never been in this particular area and when we found this little cabin we knew we had to book it. We loved listening to the creek burbling all night long! And our visits from Luna the neighborhood greeting committee. This little cabin fit our family of 4 perfectly and felt like home away from home.
