Clean; well-appointed; location; comfortable king-size bed; excellent, responsive hosts. Welcomed with wine, yogurt & half ½ coffee, tea & other basics thoughtfully provided.

A couple issues that hosts responded to in a timely manner. Lighting in living room wasn't good for reading; had to sit at kitchen table to read.

The hosts provided yogurt (both dairy and non-dairy varieties), coffee, tea, half & half, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The full sized, fully equipped kitchen made fixing meals easy and pleasant. The cottage itself is decorated in soft grays and white. It's a calm place to land at the end of a long drive.

The only problem I encountered was the smoke alarm battery that gave up the ghost during the stay. Our host scheduled a time to replace the battery and fixed it. No problem!

The breakfast items were good and we enjoyed all of them. The cottage was very clean and well stocked; the bed and linens were very nice and plentiful. Access to media (wifi, TV, entertainment) was very good. Very good parking space.

Having to pay to do laundry was a surprise considering the daily rate charged. The neighborhood was a bit noisy at night because of the county fair.

No real breakfast but yogurts in the fridge (my wife's idea of breakfast - mine is more eggs/sausage/hash browns) and nice little surprises on the table. Lots of Starbucks coffee pods for the Keurig - that was a really nice touch. One thing that impressed me were the towels - wow. And when I first saw the little portable AC unit in the corner I figured no way would that cool off the little house in 100 degree heat. It was more than capable of the task and much appreciated. It's in a neighborhood with houses close together but tucked away in back and - at least during our stay - was very quiet. Lots of grocery stores, fast food and other shopping very close. Yay for In & Out Burger! Well stocked and a perfect choice for a multi-day stay.

Nothing, really. It was much better than our last stay in a tiny house like this. Better lay-out. More homey.

The size of the back unit was great. The sheets and towels were so soft and the king bed was comfortable. It was quiet and private. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals. We loved it!

Not a good location for walking and not what I consider breakfast. Sofa was difficult to make into a bed.
