The owner was extremely nice and friendly. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the location was great

The property was very well kitted out and included some toiletries, tea and coffee plus plenty of towels and good decent bed linen.
We specifically searched for “swimming pool” as a facility via Booking.com and booked this property because of this but upon arrival found out we couldn’t use the pool or clubhouse (bar / restaurant) without Guest Passes that cost us a lot of extra money. This wasn’t made clear at booking stage and added another +11% to our booking cost which was unexpected and expensive.

The caravan is very well equipped for our weekend getaway. There is enough room in the living room for kids to run around, and enough seating for our party to have a couple of meals together comfortably. The beach is a few minutes walk away and very accessible. The hub of entertainment is also just a couple of minutes walk away but far enough to not hear the noise from the caravan. Property is very clean and owner very nice. Easy to communicate with.

Lovely stay. Very spacious caravan. Excellent location with great access to the beach. The owners were lovely - communication was clear, they were very helpful and accommodating.

We were welcomed by host and found everything we needed for our two night stay. Located next to the Boathouse with swimming pool, family entertainment, arcade and really close to the beach. A fantastic break in a clean and very comfortable holiday home! Would totally recommend!

The van was lovely, clean, very homely. It had everything you needed ready.
The mattresses were uncomfortable, I didn't sleep at all on the Saturday night. The steps into the van were abit rickety.

Place is in amazing location close to beach, marina, around 20 min by walk (3 bus stops) from Asda, Wilko, Sports Direct, Tkmaxx. There is a free parking right outside the house but If You are going to be travel by bus there is bus number 99 which is running between Eastbourne to Hastings. Place was very clean beautifully arranged by the hosts. Peaceful and quiet, if the weather is bad there is indoors swimming pool and sauna. Pub with bingo, games, lots of children entertainment.
