Two adults stayed in unit 7. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was useful. It was nice to have a w/d. The unit was very clean. We liked the location because we were able to walk to restaurants and the bike shop.

Central Moab place for a family to lay-up
The location is central to the business district. This was good in the mornings to dash out and get coffee or a quick dinner. My son (14) liked sleeping in the nook, which was a surprise. I would would not have wanted to sleep there or on the Murphy bed. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utinsils for a small family. My only comment was the yard person made a terrific noise blowing the leaves. It just seemed that he was in no hurry to get the job done and was unaware that the blower was deafening.

Awesome location and property for a fun filled active weekend with my step daughter. Modern style, beautiful outdoor space and hot tub came in handy after a long day outdoors. Will be back!

Perfect place in Moab
Great location right off Main. Less than 10 minutes from Arches. Perfect place for small family (parents and 2 kids). Only complaint was downstairs neighbors were up (and loud) until 5 in the morning one night, and the walls are pretty thin. Thankfully the kids are good sleepers. Everything else was so great that I’m still rating 5 stars.

Very nice but...
3 stars, mainly because of the noisy furnace ... For a complete review, I may say... To be 4 stars should add: a cozy light hang over kitchen table, a light (small neon) over stove and under microwave, a small shelf (4 inches width) spécific for toothbrushes on the left of the sink, soap holders and, very important, a nightstand on the left side of the bed and, definitely, you should improve the furnace- AC systeme, really to noisy!!

Excellent apartment, well situated.
My wife and I spent a week in Moab at this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is accurately described on VRBO and is very clean and well appointed. We absolutely recommend this place for anybody spending time in Southern Utah.

Nice apartment right in the middle of town. A few minute walk to a half dozen restaurants. Only significant complaint is that the AC unit is in the middle of the apt and pretty loud.

Terrific
We would definitely come back again. The place is immaculate. The decor is chic. And the location couldn't be better. We loved being so close to Main street without having to HEAR Main Street. We had a problem with a blind that they came and handled promptly. We loved the place!

Fresh and cozy
The fact that the design of the remodeling made was not "standard" as it usually happens, alone earns 5 stars for this property. We enjoyed the stay a lot, especially pleased with the kitchen, bbq, comfy furniture and good bedding. Would definitely book again when we are in Moab.

This apartment is very modern with any and all up-to-date amenities you could ever want. The property manager is quick to respond and takes extra care to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The bed is very comfortable for a restful night's sleep. The decor is beautiful and vibrant. The location is ideal. Thank you for sharing your home!

Cute property with great location
We loved this condo! The secondary beds in the living room were not very comfortable (poor quality mattresses) so I would recommend them for kids or adults who aren't picky. I also find it SUPER annoying that places that have room for four adults charge more for four adults than two. But other than that, this condo was perfect! We had two extra travelers with us for just two nights. The condo was tight for four but fabulous for just my husband and I. We really enjoyed it.
