It was a decent stay. Probably would not book again though. It looked clean enough, but there were mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets. We had 5 adults and 3 kids staying for Christmas in Branson. There were maybe 4 or 5 bath towels, so we were constantly having to do laundry for everyone to have daily showers. The light fixtures in the master bedroom and living room didn’t work when we got there. We kept running out of hot water for showers. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking for a family. So if you’re planning to eat out the whole time, it’s fine. The kitchen sink kept backing up, we couldn’t run water in one side of it. Overall it was ok. The contact lady was very responsive, so that’s a plus. Also the beds and furniture seemed clean. No enough comfortable seating in the living room for more than 4 people though.

It was a wonderful house. Super clean and so cozy. Will definitely be staying again.

The house was mostly as described. It would’ve been nice if the kitchen sink worked fully. We also had difficulty finding where to put our trash, and an extra trash bag would’ve been nice. Also, toilet paper was lacking. Overall, one of the better houses we have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds!

Only issue we had was only one person could park in driveway. The property was great very clean and comfortable. Lots of blankets and comfortable chairs I would definitely recommend this home

I am so thankful we chose this home to stay in. It was beautiful, and had a great backyard for my pets!

Will stay here again given the opportunity

This booking was for our 5th annual Cousins trip.The neighborhood was great! Very cute and the neighbors that we met were friendly. The bathrooms had shampoo and body wash. The cleanliness of the home was very disappointing however. We ended up leaving a day early because we were very uncomfortable. We reached out to the owner the day we decided to leave with pictures and our concerns. She did feel that we waited too long to say something which we understood. We tried to overlook things but finally got to a place where we just weren't comfortable anymore. The owner offered us $100 back on the cleaning fee which we declined. Overall it was just a very disappointing experience and we decided to just leave it at that.

Our trip was based around visiting Dogwood Canyon so having a home base so close was great. The house provided everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were centrally located and able to drive to other attractions around Branson. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We all had a great time at the house. Everybody loved the beds and the kitchen area. I especially loved the Fire pit and fenced in backyard for my pets. Blue Eye was great

Although it was a duplex not a house it was quiet and Clean. The beds were great as well as the kitchen. our only issues were wasp nest on the front and back porch and the location being in Reverand Jim Bakers Compound

This house was perfect getaway for the family.

We picked this property because it was dog friendly and had a fenced back yard. The house was very nice but if you will be eating there, plan your grocery shopping trip when you are passing by Branson. There is a cute little restaurant called Oasis nearby but no grocery stores or gas stations so plan accordingly. The drive to Branson was very scenic. We enjoyed our stay in Blue Eye.

We throughly loved our experience at the condo. We made cookies and gingerbread houses as a family. It was kind of far from everything but we had a relaxing time once back at the condo. But a word of advice is that it was not fully furnished with kitchen gadgets, it was very limited. Also no way could 2 midsize cars park in the driveway. But we made do and had a marvelous time. We use VRBO again.

Quiet, calm neighborhood only minutes to the reason for our stay- dogwood canyon! The fenced in backyard for our fur-babies was a major reason we chose this property and we’re so glad we did! Delicious little local diner (Oasis) within eyesight of the front gate of the development. The property owner, Carol had immaculate communication and attempted to fix/solve all our questions and needs.

The house is perfect for pets, as stated on the listing. Equidistant from Branson and Eureka Springs in a secluded neighborhood. Friendly people all around. Would definitely rent again!

We were looking for something drivable to silver dollar city and Branson and big cedar and kimberling city lights but with yard and pet friendly and affordable. Since we are from the city now the drive time did not overwhelm us and the beauty of the rural highways having grown up in them were a nostalgic plus. While those things might be negatives to some they were part of the whole Christmas experience for us. The fenced in backyard for our dog and the tranquility of the subdivision were added bonuses! Just right for us and the guest we brought with three bedrooms and no one having to sleep on a pullout couch. If you enjoy hiking and the outdoors you just have to look out your back door.

Overall very nicely and contact was responsive to questions. Comfortable seating and dining. Only complaint was master bed wasn’t kind to my back, but that’s a personal opinion and not a problem for everyone.
