The beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make one feel at home

It was clean and well furnished.

The staff especially at the front desk were not very knowledgeable and didn’t make efforts to try to resolve basic issues such as getting adaptors or making suggestions as to how one could get one. One of them directed me to the vending machine and I bought the pack which turned out to be the wrong charger and there was no empathy whatsoever. Thankfully a lady at the breakfast restaurant helped look for a charger temporarily and then directed me to a CVS store where I got the right adaptor. By the way the guy at the reception told me proudly that 99.8% of their guests were local so he knew nothing about adaptors. Very poor.

I was most impressed with Destiny at the front desk.. from the time we arrived on Friday May 31 until we left on Sunday, June 2. She treated us very special and didn’t even know us until we arrived… She was extra considerate to the fact that I had major knee surgery and my husband had the ALS disease… She was so kind and getting us a room for an early check in, and assisted us through the weekend to make sure that our 18th wedding anniversary was flawless… Along with the rest of your staff are very professional and we will be back very frequently!

We did not care for the food on the rooftop bar. The Caesar salad dressing had a lot of Dijon mustard in it and they forgot the Barada in my husband salad so he had to ask for it. The food was we won’t be back for, but the service was good.

Breakfast quality is nice but takes too long to prepare.

I asked for late check out and was approved until 3 p.m. i told the receptionist, a very nice lady that I only needed until 1 p.m. The next day I was told that no one keyed in that approval and I got to check out earlier at 12 noon despite I was literally begging for 1 more hour. The younng gentleman still refused. Eventually we got to wander in the airport for 4 hours. Very disappointed.

Accueil déplorable, pas de sourire, on vous demande si réservation, passeport, CB, signature, numéro de chambre merci au revoir. Pas d'infos sur le petit déjeuner, pas d'infos sur la piscine etc...honteux à ce prix. La chambre donnait sur ... un mur ! Climatisation perfectible, coussins trop mous, salle de bain un peu petite. Enfin, je déteste ce genre d'hôtel luxe qui reçoit tout un tas de gens, réception avec des gens qui se comportent mal alors que même pas client ! Bref expédié déplorable, je blackliste la marque premium de cette chaîne. Vous avez du travail avant de pouvoir prétendre à du vrai 5 étoiles.

Buyer beware when you book $700 per night room you might have a dreadful view of the wall with dirt and debris. We had 2 rooms and they both had this view. I’m still in shock

The accommodations, the rooftop, the food at the restaurants, but most of all the great service and staff of the staff. Everyone was very attentive and in great disposition all the time, from the valet parking service to the ladies that cleaned up our room. Very helpful with my brother who stayed there for several weeks after having a knee surgery.

Nicely decorated rooms and good amount of square footage

The cleaning staff on corridors was a bit noisy and I needed a nap afternoon from my trip 😥
