Location of the property was perfect and was the right size for our 6 adults and 2 children. The issue which we had to deal with was the fact that upon our arrival the roof of the house was under construction to replace tiles. The swimming pool was covered with a tarp that was full of dirty water and rocks. The construction was scheduled to last during our whole stay causing us not to be able to use the pool and causing a hazard for my family with falling debris. My sons and I convinced the workers that they were not able to work with us in the house when they returned . Many attempts were made to contact the owner by both us, the workers' boss, and vrbo. The owner finally called us the next afternoon and said he was unaware of the scheduled construction. Once the construction workers were gone and the pool was usable, we had a great family celebration.

Unfortunately I had to have my appendix taken out on the second day. I didn’t get to enjoy this beautiful place. The house had do many extras I sure hope I get to stay here again in the future. Kristy and Brent

My husband and I were here for the last week in March with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons. The Villa is perfect, the view is fantastic, and the furnishings are lovely. In addition to a big screen living room TV, there were TVs in every bedroom and the cable service included a classical music station (850) that was much appreciated. We also particularly enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, both in the front and in the back. The back plantings made for such an intimate and private experience, poolside. In addition, the section of the beach where the villa is located was never crowded. Just ideal in so many ways all of which contributed to a most relaxing and refreshing week. We also enjoyed the pool table, the ping pong table and all the chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and bikes that were made available to us. Thank you Mike and Sherri!

We have rented beach front properties for the past 8 years, we truly enjoyed this property with all its amenities and location on Ft Myers Beach

Property was beautiful. Just a few yards from the water. Plenty of “ toys “ to keep the entire family happy. There is still a lot of destruction from Hurricane Ira. Many of the restaurants are closed or operating out of tents or food trucks. The elevator made the multi- story unit manageable for the seniors in our group.

Great home. Beach at the door. Great sand. Dolphins! Hot tub! Pool! What more could you want, clean and great space. Host was easy to reach

Amazing how nice this rental was post hurricane. The house is exactly what the description says. Location is great, walked the beach every mornings. Enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Sat on the balcony at night looking at the stars and the shoreline. Sunsets were awesome on the beach.

This is hands down the nicest beach house where our family has ever stayed. It is RIGHT on the the beach and the amenities are amazing. From the bikes and fishing gear in the garage, to the wonderful appliances, to the well stocked kitchen, to the plentiful pool toys, everything was beyond expectation. And the beach is so perfect. White sands and blue waters. I cannot recommend it enough. Mike, our host, was so kind and generous and always available to answer questions. You owe it to yourself to book here.

Our family had the privilege to be the first to stay here after the remodel from Hurricane Ian. The house was beyond gorgeous! Every inch of the property was perfect. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach getaway was there for us. There was a family staying next door and we couldn’t hear them at all. The beach was not crowded at all, even on the 4th of July. We got to see tons of different birds, very colorful lizards, dolphins, and even a manatee! This beach house became our home for a week and spoiled us for life!!

The house was as beautiful as the pictures. Great location…Michael was a wonderful host. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This was our second year in a row staying at this beautiful house on Estero Island and it was another incredible week. We could not ask for anything more from this house and the owners. First it is far enough away from the main area of Ft. Meyers beach so it is very quite and serene. Second it is literally steps from the beach....that is if you do not stop at the beautiful pool first. Nothing beats sitting on the lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning watching for Dolphins and listening to the waves. The house has everything you could ever want and more. Every time we needed something it simply took us a moment to look around but we always found it. From what is needed in the kitchen to beach chairs/toys and floats for the pool. It even had a beach canopy which comes in handy under the Florida sun. The garage is huge and we were able to fit a Suburban and a Silverado side by side with enough room for everything else. The final thing that sets this house apart from others is the elevator. What a godsend. No need to lug stuff up and down the flights of stairs. Just load it in the elevator and away you go. Second visit was as great as the first visit in 2021 and we already booked again for 2023. Thank you Mike and Sherri for letting us enjoy your home!

Mike & Sherri's house was beautiful. It was spacious, and nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and very comfortable beds. The Master Bathroom was amazing. The grill was nice. The elevator was very helpful at times. The Location was nice right on the beach. It had everything we needed for enjoying our own private pool including, inflatables, pool toys, towels etc. and the beach was wonderful. We had beach equipment, umbrellas, beach cart. They had bikes, pool table and ping pong table available to use. Lots to keep everyone busy. We had a couple minor issues that they quickly took care of. Overall property was good. Had some construction and appliance maintenance issues occurring during our stay. Owner seemed to be genuinely concerned about our stay and overall experience, despite the construction noise.

This house and location is amazing. Mike has truly made this a home and not just a house. He has thought of everything and was very easy to contact and answer any questions we had. My family absolutely loved everything about it. The neighbors were in town as well and we spent some time on the beach with them and they truly made this vacation perfect. This house was a perfect location for the beach. It was great having a pool as well. It was close to catch the tram to go to restaurants and shopping in Times Square. The house could use a deep clean and declutter. Some of the closets were too full for guest to hang clothing. The fridge and freezer really need to be replaced. They worked, but lots of ice on items we took out of freezer. Having the ice maker was awesome. We had a maintenance guy come and replace light bulbs, however he couldn't fix the lights and fan in the master bath. He thought it might be a beaker and would require a work order from owner. Overall we thoughly enjoyed our stay.
