My family of 11 recently stayed at this property (6 adults and 5 kids) and we had a blast. The house is very clean and spacious and only 3 blocks to the beautiful beach. It had everything we needed when we decided to cook at home and all of the beach necessities (towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, and a beach wagon to haul all of it). The kids loved the pool and the hot tub which was a great way to cool off after coming back from the beach or enjoying a night time swim. While there is a trolly that runs every 20 minutes that can take you up and down the island, a car would be recommended if you want to drive to nearby restaurants, Publix supermarket or stores (all of which are in very close proximity). To me, one of the most important considerations of renting a property is whether you have a responsive host and I can't say enough great things about Stephanie. She was always available to answer questions before and during our stay which helped to make our experience all that more enjoyable. This was our very first time visiting Anna Maria Island and it was certainly a vacation that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

This home was in great condition, very well maintained. Plenty of room for 10 people. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Awesome, short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

This house has all the amenities that you would want & the views are spectacular from the top patio. Sunrise & sunsets were amazing. The pool & hot tub combination was everything we desired. We definitely will consider coming back to this beautiful home in the future.

We have stayed at many VRBO homes over the years and this was by far the best experience. The location perfect! The house beautiful, comfortable and immaculate!! The pool and spa so wonderful especially for the grandkids! The beach fantastic! Sunsets gorgeous! Will definitely stay here again. Visit this property as soon as you can!!!!!

The property was fabulous. We ended up staying at the house more than the beach because the pool area was so nice. My family commented that it was the best stocked kitchen we’d ever stayed in. Stephanie gave detailed explanations of how things worked which we found helpful. Our 18 month grandson loves the toys and books provided. A wonderful family friendly place!!!

We cannot say enough about this property. This is our second time staying and it was just as great as the last. We are multiple families, 11 in total and there is more than enough space for everyone. Host is super easy to communicate with and the property is super clean. The location is perfect as well. Literally 2 blocks to the beach and the house comes with all the beach essentials to make it easy. The neighborhood is perfect for morning walks to the bay side for some dolphin spotting. The island trolly stop is 1/2 block away with easy access to Bridge St in Bradenton Beach. The pool and hot tub are great for kids or adults. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. The kitchen is much more stocked than most rental houses I’ve stayed in. We have already decided will be back soon!!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. The host was very easy to work with and always responded quickly. The host shared very helpful information regarding restaurants and things to do in the area. The home had a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated all the beach chairs, toys and wagons. We would definitely stay there again. We had a great family vacation together.
