The staff is super nice, but don’t be confused - this is not the actual Ritz 😅 we were foolish enough to believe it. Breaky is okay in the morning and the people in reception very helpful.

Paharganj is a rough enough area, we stayed for 5 days and our bedroom wasn’t cleaned even once, but I’m sure they would if we asked them

AC smelt very very bad (AVOID ROOM 205) asked staff to change rooms but they refused and sprayed the room with air freshener. After I said I would not pay for my next stay they said we could change rooms. No apologies or any hospitable customer service. Also prior to this I asked for tissue for our room and they did not bring any. Also be prepared for a cold shower. I’ve been travelling for 6 months and this is the first time I had complained about a hotel and the staff dealt with this in the worst way possible. Also, Location of the hotel is in an unsafe area.

The staff were very friendly and the place was decent. The staff also helped with taking out the luggage from the car and putting the luggage in too. The staff was the highlight. We got welcome snacks from them. You get what you pay for.

The bed sheets were not clean. However, when we asked the staff to change it, they did it immediately with no questions asked. The location was near the train station, so the traffic was particularly bad where it was not moving for about 5 to 10 minutes. The tuk tuks could swerve in and out but the cars were stuck. If you are not driving and walking to the train station, then it is a good location.

Когда уже имеешь опыт брони отелей в Индии и незабываемого соотношения «ожидание-реальность», ничего хорошего от отеля близ Мейн Базара не ждешь 😂 но отель правда очень приятный, чистый. Не люкс, разумеется, но находиться там очень комфортно. Горячая вода есть, фен (тот который в ванной и тот, который в комнате на потолке), кондиционер, удобная постель, хорошие подушки, холодильник. Ну, и главный шок - белое, правда чистое(!!!) постельное белье. Первый раз за 3 месяца в Индии мне не пришлось просить его поменять. Еще очень милый и внимательный персонал. Завтраки тоже вполне себе (омлет, блинчики, выпечка, хлопья, вареные яйца.

Мне понравилось все. Вопросов нет

This hotel was the greatest one I ever stayed in India (at same grade) . Looks Brand New, a gorgeous bathroom with western style and has shower falling from ceiling (like rain, amazing !!) enough hot ! And many modern indirect lighting in the room --The room has coffee cup , coffee and tea sets, a coffee pot, a refrigerator, a dryer and good bathroom amenity including tooth brush sets . including breakfast...and welcome drink like water and juice and snacks. Hotel staff is very friendly and kept my luggage before leaving.. and when I came back to the hotel, the staff gave me a water bottle.. The location is wonderful. Close to New Delhi Station but very quite area. And I just paid around US $30 but this hotel is valuable double or triple( maybe $80-90/night) Another hotel which close to Ritz was not good ( no electric key card, old style bath room, no breakfast ) though it was same price.. The property compared to the location it was on, it was nice Lydbrook designed. Rooms were small size but it had pretty much everything needed.

No windows and rooms were small in size. The staff were a bit clingy at times and bit oversmart trying to charges us more money in person than what booking.com was showing. Location was weird, a passing alley seemed very messy and dirty.

All sheets, towels and room weren’t clean. Stains on bed sheets and towels.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and staff behavior as well as the food quality was awesome. Mrs. Ranjana helped out a lot, I had some queries which she helped us get them resolved

I liked the way the services were provided and everything was available on time. Mme Ranjana was very helpful, she was always there for any kind of help required.

-Worker at reception was rude and tried to invent fees at ckeck-in -canceled the 4th night two weeks before arriving trough booking.com. Was told several times that my request is noted etc (text messages) Suddenly they wanted me to pay for it and acted, like they never heard about it (tried to blame booking.com) -contacted me on WhatsApp to avoid messages on booking without my ok -other workers try to sell you tours and have difficulties accepting a "no" -Cleanliness of the bathroom and bed, many stains -it's super noisy

Esta es una reseña real, somos un grupo de 7 personas y estuvimos aquí 2 noches. La gerente del hotel Mrs. Ranjina y el resto de trabajadores fueron un encanto, nos ayudaron en todo, cambiar dinero, comprar tarjetas SIM, nos ofrecían agua, café y té todo el tiempo. Las habitaciones todas tienen ventanas, son amplias, están limpias y son muy cómodas. La presión de la ducha muy bien y agua caliente sin problema. El desayuno buffet con muchas opciones indias, y estación de huevos preparados al momento. Todo genial.

Good room design, excellent bathrooms, hair dryer, halal food, extraordinary service. Definately recommend this hotel if you are a new comer to New Delhi.

Our AC was not working properly, its very complicated to operate. But since it was winter it does not matter. Bed was too soft for humping. Dining space was too basic !!

The staff was phenomenal. Very kind and helpful. Kudos to Praveen Kumar for tackling difficult situations at times and almost solving all our issues with ease.

Tenía ratones en el compartimiento del aire acondicionado. El recepcionista es mal educado y tiene muy mala voluntad.

Good hotel. Clean for india standards, very comfy bed, high speed WiFi and hot water. Staff very helpful and attentive. Baggage storage available on check in and check out. Breakfast was very good mix of Indian, south Indian and continental foods offered. It was like i am in my home. They upgraded my room to executive category which was excellent. I also got served with complimentary basket at the time of check in.

For additional $14 you can get airport pick up/drop off.

Be aware. The hotel is in very bad neighborhood. Often at night can be heard noises from drunk people. Not really safe.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Modern room and close to Connaught place. Good place to stay for what it’s worth and they kindly upgraded our room.

Bed spread was stained and Mat we removed as it was not clean. Surrounding areas of the hotel were quite dodgy. Taxi they had organised arrived late and the driver was not professional.

Very clean, big rooms and amazing bed (softer than any we encountered in Rajasthan), good value for money and very friendly staff.

The property is located 5 minutes walk from the main bazar, we found it to be in reasonable price compared to what ew got and the other options. It was for us a safe and calm place in the noise of Delhi. The staff were very nice and helpful and I wish more people will know this place and will go there.
