Property is very clean and newly updated. Lovely soothing decor Kitchen well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware which are all nicely labeled! Great location! Quick drive to beach access, pool and golf course while tucked off busy streets! Highly recommend for 4 guests or less.

Accommodations were excellent. The property was very clean with a homey feeling. We loved it. It was perfect for us.

Great property in Seabrook Island!

The air conditioner could not adequately cool the second floor and a dehumidifier in the bedroom roared all night long. The plugs in the bedroom were inadequate in number for things like CPAP machines and some of the plugs had old-fashioned multiple plug extensions plugged into them. Maybe those are actually safe but we didn’t feel safe with them. The odd part was the kitchen. Bear in mind that this is a one bedroom condo for two people. We went to buy groceries for the week and when we returned, we discovered that there was not a single cabinet available to place them into. Masses of odd, mismatched dishes filled the cabinets. It was so bizarre that we actually counted the plates, bowls, and saucers . I can’t recall the actual count but I believe there were more than 40 plates, 40 bowls, and 40 saucers. There were tons of glasses, too. For what? It is a one bedroom condo. We weren’t feeding 40 people. All we wanted to do was store our groceries and avoid clutter. But we couldn’t do that for the many redundant, useless and mismatched dishes. Could I be criticized for making a mountain out of a molehill here? I suppose. But on the other hand, we weren’t wanting anything exorbitant – just a neat, organized, and more than anything, functional, kitchen. You don’t get that here.

We enjoyed our stay. Villa was cute with the pink flamingo theme. We really loved the mattress on bed! Would the owners be able to share details of what brand, specifics of the mattress and where they bought it? We want to get the same one! Thank you!

It was a pretty nice spot to stay at. It did have a weird smell, but other than that it was great.

Great location inside of Seabrook Island. Well equipped property and a lot of space for 2 people. Only negative was no binder that had information for internet and other procedures.

This was a great find, right on the golf course. I was sipping my morning coffee while watching golfers come through. The place was the perfect size for my boyfriend and me, very spacious, and had everything we needed! The hosts were very attentive and extremely accommodating. The area is absolutely stunning, I cannot even describe how beautiful it was. The public beach access was a 4 min drive, which was beautiful.

We loved our stay at Seabrook Island. Beautiful property, friendly people, peaceful beaches. It was just perfect and we will be back!

This was pretty disappointing. The property is very old, the floors were warped and it smelled like mildew throughout. The back patio also wasn’t clean, there were spider webs/nests all over. Woke up to cockroaches in the bathroom upstairs. The bed linens were clearly not changed; they were wrinkled and had someone elses’s hair on them. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Great location on a beautiful, laid back island. The owners were very accommodating during our stay.

My husband and I came with our 7 month old baby and small dog. The condo was spacious, had everything we needed and was handy to have a full kitchen and laundry available with a little one around. The location on the golf course was peaceful and pretty and, and the condo was only a short drive away to the beach club and multiple beach accesses. We appreciated having a small amount of supplies ( coffee, creamer, soaps, paper towels, etc) to get us started after checkin. Everything was set up to make our checkin/out easy...We would highly recommend!

We really loved our stay on Seabrook Island and we were so close to the PGA tournament which was perfect bc that’s why we were there for the weekend! The townhome was really clean, cozy, and peaceful and we had a great view of the golf course. We would stay again for sure!

We had an amazing time while staying here for the PGA at Kiawah Island. Close to the golf courses and local restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back, thanks!

Everything was just as the listing says. The space is very nice and well setup.

This property is very quaint , location is good .. we never received our door entrance code and when we did get inside the cleaning services had not been to the property yet ... someone arrived and we were able to get inside by around 645 pm.. that aside we would definitely return .

Had a great stay. Everything we needed was in the condo and access was very easy. Seabrook beaches were wonderful (even in November!) and it’s a great community to visit. Worth noting if you have a young child : there is no bedroom door and it leads to stairs so worth bringing a baby gate or similar if you have a baby that likes to explore!

Our experience was excellent. The property was clean, bright, and good location. (2) bikes available in good condition. Walked our dog to the ocean beach and had a wonderful time.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

The accommodations were clean and orderly; we loved the flamingo decor! Kitchen was well supplied with essentials. Seabrook Island is a great place. The bed was a tad bit small for two adults but manageable. We definitely recommend this unit.

This was a great rental. Had everything we needed and the hosts Ann and Joe were fabulous. This was a lovely airy home that didn’t feel like a one bedroom with the high ceilings. Loved the beach, bike rides, deer and wildlife and our little dog had a great trip. We would definitely stay here again and didn’t want to leave. Thank you!!!🦩�

This place was just about perfect! We wanted a quick weekend getaway before our daughters had to head back to school! The property was adorable! We could tell that a lot of effort went into making it into a lovely rental. It had absolutely everything that you could possibly ever need. It was extremely clean and very well taken care of. We will definitely be back to visit!

This condo is quiet, well-appointed and in a great spot on Seabrook. The host wasn’t very thorough with helping us gain access to our Gate Pass. We’d highly recommend this rental for what it offers, but be warned that customer service isn’t great if you need it.

Everything was great. The bed is a little small but we were usually so tired at night that it worked out just fine. Probably the most relaxing time we’ve had in a long time. Will definitely come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and surroundings. It has a beautiful lagoon in the front and golf course in the back of the property. Very clean and tastefully decorates!! Second stay at this condo. We will return!!

The property was just a short ride to the beach and provided everything my girlfriend and our pup needed for a great beach vacation. I would highly recommend the property to any couple wishing to visit Seabrook Island.
