The entire stay was unforgettable. The neighbors were sweet, the house was clean and provided every tool of cutlery we would have needed for the week and the lake provided fun for the entire family. I would very highly recommend this property. It was well worth the price we paid and we would rent again.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Great location and amenities. We loved sitting outside and looking at the lake. Such a peaceful spot. My only complaint is the floors in the main living area. We have a crawling baby and his knees were so dirty all the time.

Relatives wanted a place to hang out and be together and play cards. The number of bedrooms and private bathrooms was perfect. Unfortunately the views of the lake were buried under much snow!

Overall it was a good experience, with lovely views of the lake. There was some issues with a water main in the neighborhood that left us without water for several hours that did put a damper on our visit.

Our family of six loved the property. Great space, bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate larger groups. The house has an open floor plan that makes entertaining easy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great house on Lake Minnetonka.

The property is wonderful however the neighbor is very nosy. She came over to the property and confronted my wife and asked how many people we would be having over that weekend. This was quite shocking considering it was just my wife and two-year-old child with me.

This house on Lake Vermillion is truly a premier property and exceptional experience. With beautiful lake views on all three levels there isn’t a bad room in the house! The appliances and decor are all modern and in terrific condition. My family stayed here in 2018 and now again in 2021. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great house. TVs did not work and did not get fixed after inquiring, which was very disappointing given the premium price point we paid. Everything else was great. I’d HIgHLY recommend an outside table for eating or putting drinks, on the deck.

This was a perfect setting/home for our family! The property is well cared for and had everything we needed. Quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Beautiful lake property. Would stay again (and just might!!) What you see in the pics is exactly what you get!

This house was so gorgeous! Big beautiful windows and the lake was so close. We had a relaxing girls weekend at the house and it was perfect. Only complaint is that the listing says it sleeps 10, but there were only enough beds for 8 people. One of us had to sleep on an air mattress since it seemed like the only other option was to sleep on a couch

We were a bit concerned about the neighbors based on a previous review but we had no issues - the neighborhood was quiet but the few people we ran into were friendly.

Can not express enough how wonderful this experience was for all of us (10-15 family members...ages 8+) Not a detail was missed by this “A” Team...Most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we all have ever been on...All communication was in a most excellent time frame...

This property had everything as advertised! The views were spectacular and Lance ensured everything was perfect! A great spot for a relaxing family vacation.

Had a great time with some friends relaxing in this house. Very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

This house is gorgeous and we all drew in our breath as we walked in. It's perfectly clean, gorgeously decorated, and everything is thought out beautifully. My friends and I had a small college reunion while in town for a wedding, and the house was perfect, comfortable, and user-friendly. My only minor complaints: A message from the neighbor letting us know she had to wake up at 4 am the next day and to make sure we were quiet was a bummer. We were only 6 people and weren't planning to be noisy, but we spent the entire night on edge worried that we'd get in trouble and ended up totally turning the music off and going to the basement at 7:30 because we couldn't get that out of our heads. The 10 pm quiet time request felt reasonable and we could have left it at that. Also- it felt isolating to a diverse group of guests from NYC and LA to have a Trump book sitting on the coffee table. We all had a bit of an icky feeling after that and wish the owner's politics could have been left out of an otherwise stunning home.
