Nice house and close to the beach

It was just average, one tv, not many kitchen items, small bathroom.

We loved staying here! It was clean, comfortable and we loved being walking distance from the beach. The massage chair was amazing!

Hot tub was not hot and dirty. This was the main reason for renting. Our comforter was dirty with a stain. Gross. The garbage disposal was broke. The massage chair was GREAT! We love the location. This was our second time staying in this place. We won’t be back.

It was comfy and cozy. Beds were great. The sound of the ocean (even though you couldn't see it) was wonderful to fall asleep to.

This home was very neat and well stocked with anything we might need during our stay. The massage chair was definitely the highlight of our stay. There was a slight problem with the queen sized bed shifting a lot while we slept. And some odds and ends that must have been forgotten by the cleaner but otherwise a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be coming here again.

Had to vacuum all the rugs/floors. Food stuff all over. Food left in fridge to rot No grab bars

Nice,clean. The bathroom cabinet and shower handles need to be replaced. Rusty! Floors have a plastic sound, person upstairs could be heard, no fault of theirs. Good location. Would like a 11:00 or 12:00 check out time.

My sister and I stayed here two nights for a weekend getaway - the place was mostly as described but it would have been helpful to have more info about the upstairs tenant. I would not stay here again based on the upstairs tenant, and the only mention of a tenant was in the parking info (not in the description of the rental). The way the property is divided (and the age of the unit) makes things kind of loud when the tenant is coming and going. They weren't doing anything "wrong," or out of the ordinary, but them coming home at 11:30pm woke me up, and then showering afterwards and whatever else was happening upstairs made it impossible to get back to sleep until after 1am. Also, when they come and go from their entrance at the back of the unit (or when they do laundry) it sounds like someone is in your half of the unit. Again, the tenants were just living their lives and not doing anything unreasonable, but it wasn't for me. The location is very convenient and it's walkable to the beach, Nye Beach, and even the bayfront if you don't mind going up and down a large hill. We didn't cook so only used the kitchen a little bit for breakfast and snacks. The kitchen had basics, but seemed a bit short on supplies if you wanted to cook meals. The hot tub was lovely and private, but you do have to go out the front door, down the stairs, and then into the side yard to access it. Overall, everything was fine, but I would stay somewhere else in the future because it was very hard to sleep with the upstairs tenant.

This was a great rental. Everything was very clean. We only used the king bed, it was super comfortable. My husband and I slept like a rocks. (I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia which makes me a modern day Princess and the Pea" story. A bad mattress darn near ruins a vacation.)

The house was clean and comfortable with a big, well appointed kitchen. Nice deck and a peak of the ocean. Good communication.

The rooms were clean, the kitchen had some food storage wrap, a large fridge and freezer.

Place was a nice escape for the weekend. Could be a little better equipped for cooking and food prep but is a spacious kitchen with great fridge. Only other suggestion would be some better sheets on the beds.

This is a decent property if you plan to explore the area and want to have a more home like experience when you’re not out and about. If you plan to use the grill, confirm the propane tank level as we were unable to get a replacement in time during our visit. We enjoyed the very clean and warm hot tub.

The jacuzzi jets in the bathtub did not work at all. The heater in the bathroom wall blew out cold air. The fan above the tub exhausted the warm air from the bathroom - this all made bathing a chilly experience!

We enjoyed this centrally located house. The jacuzzi and massage chair were wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room were spacious and relaxing.

Comfortable house, nice big kitchen, close walk to Nye Beach shops and galleries. A little disappointed the hot tub was not easier to access, and initially it was a bit of looking for the house. Overall it was well stocked and clean… it was a great stay!

Our stay was pleasant. This is a very "Homey" home and though there were some dirty dishes and sub par cooking equipment, it was fairly well stocked. A quick trip to the local Goodwill (Lincoln City) and Grocery Outlet helped to stack some of what was needed (A good cooking pot, foil and plastic wrap. My wife and I have become accustomed to staying in houses at the shore, so we knew that the kitchen stating, "It is stoked", know that we will have to bring what we use in coffee, cooking supplies and spices. The hot tub could use a routine cleaning and maintenance. There was some residue on the tub edges and water color was murky. Overall, though, the house was good. Great king sized bed, comfortable and warm. House smelled good and BBQ worked very well to foil grill some fish. Thank you.

Older house. Very close to beach, but feels like a workout if you walk from house down to beach as it is an inine the whole way back. Hot tub is not clean. Only used one night because you can see chunky things in water.

This home is really a great deal. The hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked, even cooking oil and a veggie peeler. Also has a newer stainless fridge and dishwasher and the garbage disposable is very quiet. The parking is a bit tight if you have 2 vehicles and they are larger, like a crossover, suv or truck. But we made it work. The view from the decks (2 decks, one by the front door and one off the kitchen) include various views peeking through trees and hotels, since the home is only 2 blocks from the ocean. Great for sunsets. The view could be made bigger with trimming of the trees. The hill leading up to the home is quite steap, it was easier to drive to the beach, but still so close. The smaller bedroom with the queen bed is quite bright at night, due to the neighbors flood light, a blackout curtain would be a nice upgrade. The larger bedroom with the king bed was quite nice, a second night stand would be a nice upgrade there. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and a couple toiletries. Might wanna bring extra toiletries if there is more than 2 people or you are staying more than 2 nights. But the showerhead is for people 5'7 and below. Lol. Very short. But good water pressure and hot water. A good upgrade would be a shower head riser. The kitchen has a cabinet stocked full of games. There was even a martini shaker on the counter, lol. The wifi is strong. The TV (the 1 in The house) has standard cable, a dvd player and a netflix app. We also could plug in our laptop to the hdmi port (no usb for videos) and watch movies we brought with us on our computer. The upstairs neighbor was quiet and waved hello at one point. The massage chair is in working order. A few of the blinds have some issues. Thank you for opening this home to us. We lived here for 8 years in the 1980s. We enjoyed the upgrades, as well as the parts that remained the same. We had a delightful trip down memory lane. We will be back.
