We had a great time staying in this house. We had plenty of room for our large family and were in a great location to downtown Breckenridge as well as the ski slope. Owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would recommend!

We rented this property last year and we were so happy with it that we immediately booked it again for this year! The size of the place (3 stories), location, and price are the best in Breck for large groups. We had 12 of us (couples and singles) and all had our own beds. The washer and dryer were convenient for being able to do laundry during our stay and the hot tub is always a hit. Most necessary cookware and utensils, keurig, and other appliances are provided and make eating in super easy. The location is conveniently located next to two bus stops to get downtown or to the lift or gondola. I highly recommend this property!

Quick response from host for an early checkin. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of seating and sleeping space for all of my family. Bus stop easy to access and bus takes you to Beaver Run.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the shuttle bus and proximity to downtown. There is so much to do in the area! There is plenty of room for multiple families to spread out and the hot tub is a plus. The living room is sunken, so we repositioned some furniture to keep elderly family from falling . The 3rd floor apartment has a balcony which you can not use, and an unusable kitchen. There is a bed placed there instead

Stephanie is an excellent communicator and always very quick to respond to any questions. The skiing was great and we loved the hot tub and the shuttle which was very convenient. The house was great. We stayed with 8 adults and an infant and the house fit us wonderfully. Every couple had their own room. The house came with a pack and play, high chair, and sled for the baby. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the floor and climate control and lighting. There was no in-ceiling lighting in many rooms, so you had to use lamps. The floors were very squeaky so it was difficult with the baby. It was also very hard to cool the house off. The downstairs would be cool/comfortable, but upstairs would be very hot. But overall the house was great! Easy access. They provide literally everything you need except food and clothes. It was a great location in town too. I would definitely rent this place again.

The two queen beds on the 2nd floor could use to be replaced/upgraded, but other than that, no negatives. Hot tub was hot. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances and dishes. The kids silverware was also greatly appreciated. Overall a great stay! Thank you.

Our group of 11 friends stayed here over the New Year, and it was even better than we expected! The 3-level townhome comfortably fit all of us. The location was super close to Main Street and just a quick bus ride to the Quicksilver SuperChair. The bus stops up and down the street, about a 3-5 minute walk. The hot tub and full kitchen were great perks of the place and the number of rooms and shared spaces was ideal. The kitchen had utensils and most things we needed. Our only critical feedback would be for an update to the bunk bed mattresses as they were not comfortable, so some of us ended up sleeping on the couches. The mattresses must have had toddler plastic covers on them because they were also very loud when moving around even just a little bit. Also could have used a few more rolls of TP and a couple extra towels. The place was a bit loud when people were moving about due to thin walls and creaky floors, but it wasn’t really a big deal as long as people were mindful of it. Overall we really loved our stay and the value for the price! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

It was a nice place to stay for 12 of us, but only 6 bath towels for 12 of us.

Our family had a great time. We will definitely be back. So much room for all of us. Love the hot tub everything was great. Close to town, everything was perfect.

Location to town was perfect. We had more beds than we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and comfortable with loud floors.

Great location. Very nice place to stay with a lot of room. Owner was great. Property management company was extremely rude regarding only attempting to allow one vehicle to park there. Contacted the owner and she stated this was not true. Property management company is rude and unprofessional.
