Enjoyed our stay here. Communication with host was easy and we were able to check in early which was helpful. Outside space is perfect for relaxing by the pool and everything we needed was walkable from the house.

The villa is in a great location, with easy access to restaurants and bars. However, the best bit is relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool. The villa is spacious with air-con and all the mod-cons you need.

The pros: This is a really lovely villa in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's well maintained pool with fantastic outside space was wonderful, nice pool towels, air conditioning throughout, filtered water in kitchen, lots of crockery/glassware & serving dishes, fantastic shower rooms, good quality beds & bedding, lots of hanging space & hangers, nice bath towels and when we notified the property managed that the gas tank for the BBQ was low we returned to find it had been replaced. That's great service! The cons: pool loungers most definitely need replaced, no cleaning products, only 1 spare bin bag for each kitchen bin and both frying pans were unusable. We are holiday home owners so possibly more critical than other guests but do feel the white loungers should have been replaced long before our visit. Due to all over staining they were in very poor condition and quite undesirable. We were there for 17 nights and (wrongly) presumed the house budget would have allowed our mid stay "light clean" to provide more bin bags and toilet rolls. As there is no Welcome Pack at this villa if you walk to The Store (5 min walk), behind it is a Spar that's open 8am-10pm daily. Great for basics such as bread, milk, tea/coffee etc.

So how do I sum up this property????? Wow is the only way to describe it. Beautiful villa with a fantastic outside living space. Plenty of parking a very short distance away. You don’t want to be looking at your car whilst sunbathing👍 The pool is lovely and modern. It does not need to be heated as it makes it nice to cool off in. The walk to the beach is very short. The walk into town is 15 to 20 mins but it gives you chance to walk off the food… This was a fantastic holiday made even better due to the quality of the villa!!!!!

The property was in a great location and perfect for 6 people. However, the washer dryer didn’t work and was fixed 1.5 days before we were to leave. It also described a hot tub in listing but one did not exist. And there was an ant problem. Needed more instructions posted such as how to use the induction range

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in your property. The location is perfect just a stroll to the pine walk and the amenities are brilliant. We have stayed in many villas in Mallorca and this was by far the best. 5e rooms are large, the bathrooms are lovely, the kitchen is well appointed and maintained and the outdoor areas are fabulous. The outdoor dining area is a particular highlight and we spent most evenings there. Thanks again we will be back if you will have us!

A lovely comfortable well designed property close to beach and a short drive from the center of town, supermarkets etc. Host was accessible and helpful. Recommended

Gorgeous property, exactly as portrayed. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. Taxis were very accessible and responsive. Kids loved the swimming pool. Outdoor dining space was our default gathering spot. Restaurant The Store five minutes away was the find of the week.
