The room was big, very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. A short drive into Trikala with lots of bars and restaurants. Loved it.

The room was designed very well

The windows were not newly renovated so we could hear the buses because the station was on the same area as the hotel. The room was cold even though we were with a small baby. the air conditioner was not working and the morning after our stay we informed the staff and they fixed it in the afternoon but we left the hotel even though we had booked it for 3 days. Bad experience! The food was poor and the waiters were watching on your plate making the breakfast an awkward time.

Great hotel, rich breakfast, room was huge and very modern. Conveniently located next to a central bus station, which also means there are some shop/kiosk around.

Very friendly stuff, very good location, nice and quiet. I loved the structure of the building and the patio. Ideal for kids and families.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The location is good if you want to take many intercity buses, as the hotel is right at the bus station. However, not ideal location otherwise. The evening I arrived, the lady at the front desk was really nice. However, the next morning, another lady who was at the front desk then was not so welcoming. I asked to leave my luggage here until the evening, and she was definitely not amused by that, even though they mention that they offer luggage storage.

The conditions were perfect and the standards of the service were very high!

it was a little bit far away from the center of the city, so you need to get a taxi.
