I liked so much this place. It was really what I needed. The breakfast was freshly prepared every morning. The staff was so warm and welcoming.

Hotel with original decor, spacious and clean rooms, we had all facilities we could need in the room for really comfortable stay. Bathroom had a lot of space too. Breakfast had multiple options in buffet and everything was fresh and delicious, stuff was very kind and helpful with any request. Parking very easy. Hotel is in quiet environment, despite bus station nearby it was very quiet.
Hotel is bit outside the centre but still very near by car and easy to get to.

The room was big, very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. A short drive into Trikala with lots of bars and restaurants. Loved it.

The room was designed very well
The windows were not newly renovated so we could hear the buses because the station was on the same area as the hotel. The room was cold even though we were with a small baby. the air conditioner was not working and the morning after our stay we informed the staff and they fixed it in the afternoon but we left the hotel even though we had booked it for 3 days. Bad experience! The food was poor and the waiters were watching on your plate making the breakfast an awkward time.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
The location is good if you want to take many intercity buses, as the hotel is right at the bus station. However, not ideal location otherwise.
The evening I arrived, the lady at the front desk was really nice. However, the next morning, another lady who was at the front desk then was not so welcoming. I asked to leave my luggage here until the evening, and she was definitely not amused by that, even though they mention that they offer luggage storage.
