Facility was nice for the price. Liked the free parking.

The walls are SUPER thin and you can hear everything in the room next door. They got up at 4:30 AM and we could hear them talking non stop while getting ready to leave the hotel. The room was warm. There was no access to AC- only heat so we had to sleep with the window open. Could hear some street traffic.

Hospitalidad y sobretodo la cama extra grande para dormir con los niños. Además tiene un Burger King debajo que nos vino genial para cenar cuando llegamos tarde.

Todo me gustó y lo recomiendo.

El buffet desayuno, aunque deberian añadir mas opciones veganas.

Los colchones, aunque viscoelásticos, se hunden mucho. Quiza tengan que cambiarlos ya o comprar otros de mas firmeza.

Wanted to stay somewhere convenient to the airport. The location, hotel, friendly staff, comfy and clean room, easy parking, all just perfect.

very clean, modern, safe hotel. Very smooth check-in process. Large room, bed was comfortable, great shower and bathroom. Plenty of outlets. Excellent breakfast. Reasonable shuttle to the airport only 9Euros.

I thought we would be closer to Madrid city center - it was a 30 minute uber ride which was costly. But thats my fault for not knowing my way around - it was our first visit to Madrid. It was only about 10 minutes to the airport.

Good sized rooms and toilets, all just done up, very smart. Actual smart TV in rooms. Good breakfast. Handy to have a restaurant in the hotel, too. Free parking on site, which is a luxury in Spain (both the parking space and that it's free). Hotel is very clean. Location wise, personally, I think this is a great overnight option from/to the airport (10 mins drive or by bus). It's not the location I would choose if I wanted to hang out in Madrid.

The jacuzzi didn’t work. The shower had no pressure.

immaculate and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and extremely affordable.

it could be a little closer to the metro but it’s not a big deal if don’t mind walking a bit.

It was fairly new and updated. Beds were comfortable as well. Good for overnight stay, right next to Burger King. Free parking as well.

The restaurant food wasn’t really good. The staff when I was checking in wasn’t really hospitable, not good customer service. Checking out was better, different person so he was nice.
