Overall a very good experience and we really enjoyed our stay there. Some staff at breakfast were not so good at servicing the tables but much of this due to some language difficulties but always very friendly and helpful as best they could.

The breakfast could do with a wider range of prepared fresh fruit and cereals and given the wonderful bakeries in the area, the selection of fresh bread was very limited and some did not feel fresh. A number of items on the buffet sometimes run out including the milk and it was a little annoying to be chasing around to get these replenished. Felt the breakfast buffet and service fell short of the 5 star standards of the hotel elsewhere. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room but guess this is the case with many European hotels?

Lift not reliable .. starting the beach access when you check in a bit of a waste of time...

It's called "hotel and spa", yet the spa is ridicolous: small, can be used only 1 hour per day of stay and opens at 2pm.

Really nice hotel! Good breakfast and really good service. Easy to take the bus or the ferry.

The spa was not so great, but we didnt choose this hotel because of that.

Great value for money, beds were very comfy and the location was perfect to explore.
