We really enjoyed our stay at Parker place. This house was very functional and comfortable for our family and the family that we travelled with. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had some basic supplies like glad wrap, foil etc. We did discover a coffee pod machine too.
Kevin was very friendly and greeted us on our first day.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parker Place in Happy Valley, Fraser Is. The house was clean and comfortable for all the 8 family members - even had a very homely feel. We were pleasantly surprised at the little extra touches that were provided (eg dish washing detergent, tissues, etc.). We’ve stayed at other homes on Fraser and these items were not included. Thank-you so much to the property owners for helping make our annual Fraser holiday amazing. We’d definitely stay at Parker Place again.

Parker Place was perfect for our large family group. Plenty of room to relax before and after our daily sightseeing excursions. It had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Located on a quiet street away from the through traffic. We would definitely come again.

Great location, affordable for 3 families, close to Eli Creek so we could still get there due to all tides.
Starlink made life easy uploading photos and videos and a few that had to work.

Amazing and clean
Spent 1 week and loved the place. Was very clean and havin 3 freezers really helped.

Our stay was great , house was clean , tidy and spacious with 8 adults staying at the property. Evertyhing we needed was supplied and had no issues while there for 10 days . I was very surprised that everyone ( rentals ) around where all respectful and quite at night , we had no issues with any loud noise at all . I highly recommend , great house .

We came to celebrate my husband birthday with friends and family, the view from the top level is amazing! The teens enjoyed the rooftop every night! Thanks again we will be back for sure!!!

Great Getaway
Located in a lovely area on Fraser Island this place has just about every piece of luxury you could have there and a short walk to the local shop. Hot showers, water, comfortable beds, fans, television a huge deck, fridges, a deep freeze and to top it off all the cooking utensils you could need.

Very well maintained and a real pleasure to stay there.
There were 11 of us who stayed there and we all found it very comfortable and clean. It was the first time for my 90 year old mum and her elderly sister to visit Fraser Island, so they had a ball. Only thing we didn’t know was we couldn’t use our slow cookers but we managed everything very well. Would recommend anyone who wanted to have a getaway to use this property. Definitely will be back one day.

Beautiful House
Perfect location for our group of 11! We loved the house plenty of space for us all! Very clean and we stocked! Very spacious for adults and kids! Bed were very comfortable!
Happy Valley pub was a nice spot for dinner and we'll stocked shop!

Excellent facility for large group
Clean, well stocked, great size for group of 12, close to beach, shop and pub. Excellent staff at the resort whrre you check in. Only thing is i would have loved a second standing fan for the other bunked room as the nights can be hot. There is even an outdoor sink for fish cleaning. Will be staying again.

Amazing Property
Parker Place was exactly what we were looking for... The rooms were spacious with heaps of room, the outside bbq area was perfect and the upstairs lookout was an escape within itself... We had an amazing stay here and would recommend Parker Place to anyone who wants a get away close to everything.
