PROs - central position, in the 8th arrondissement - proximity to Gare Saint Lazare and Augustin metro/train stops (and also to several supermarkets/restaurants) - room dimensions, starting at 20m² (superior room); bathroom is large enough too - a "kind of couch", a small round table and a classical chair complete the furniture of the room and they're very much appreciated as you do not have to stay on the bed all the time - all staff members are pretty nice; special mention for Emmanuel who helped and assisted us in a "difficult" moment - Chromecast TV which allows you to stream your favorite videos and series or play video games. - an on-site restaurant, a fitness area and a sauna are surely a plus

CONs - room is not well lit, for my tastes (while bathroom is) - from room no. 106 you can feel the vibrations caused by the metro running (I guess this is a common "issue" for Parisian hotels) - travelling is getting very pricey but 230,00€ per night (only thanks to a last-minute offer) seemed too much to me (even if probably it's on-average for Parisian standards) - the coffee machine, which we do not use at all, was dirty from a previous use and stayed like that for 4 days. That made me doubt the overall cleaning.

Perfect location, heart of Paris.

Sobre todo esta muy cerca de la Gare Saint Lazare. Es un hotel moderno y comodo, la gente es muy amable. Tiene un patio lindo y tranquio.

The hotel was well located, staff were friendly and the room was a good size for Paris. The room was modern and well appointed. Really liked the separate toilet area in the bathroom.

Not a lot of storage.

Location had great access to the Metro. Hotel was modern, clean and charming. Breakfast on site if you desired. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. I had a charming suite with balcony for sitting!

Some of the front desk staff were not customer service oriented. They didn't seem knowledgable or helpful. I was expecting concierge type service and that was not extended to us by them. Not helpful for restaurant recommendations, etc. Vanessa was the bright star at the desk, she went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed!

Breakfast can be with more options. Tha soap in bath ended and no one refill it

Room on 1st floor. Vibrations from metro could be felt. No wardrobes, just hangers on frame which are in the way in a small room. Very poor breakfast for 4 star.
