Locația și curățenia

La struttura si trova in pieno centro, a pochi passi da Piazza Uniri e delle principali attrazioni. Ottima accoglienza, nonostante il comodo auto check in. Abbiamo trovato delle bibite in frigo, caramelle, caffè ed altro. Cucina attrezzata di tutto ciò che può risultare utile ad un viaggiatore. Riscaldamento ben funzionante.

La camera da letto è piuttosto piccola. Non adatta a persone di costituzione robusta, dato che avrebbero difficoltà a muoversi.

Foarte curat, cald si cu toate dotarile necesare

Location is perfect. Flat is on one of the main boulevard and the distance is 4min walk to Plaza Union. Very good host assisted us for every question. He did his best to make the client to be satisfied fully, even though the building is old, as per his flat interior design. Very clean flat which is very convenient for single, double or family with one child options, for short visits. Kitchen is well equipped. AC and WIFI are good. There is a inner opened air courtyard and visitor can smoke as well. I recommend this flat to the visitors who are looking for only good and silent sleep.

1. Car Parking: Since the area is called Zone 1 (City Center), we had to come back to our car parking place to renew the fee for every 2 hours. This is the matter of the general location of the building, (City Center) . it is not related with the flat. 2. Bathroom: It is small, but this is the characteristic of the old building, and it was my selection (1 Bedroom Apt). Good host has other alternatives. I selected the economical option. 3. Ceiling height: It is low, I suppose it is around 220cm. We did not mind of it, we are short guys (170cm), but this is the characteristic of the old building, and it was my selection. But, taller clients (190 and higher) should check other apartment options from the host.

Very good location. They had all we need

A small and cute apartment, located in the center of the city, but very quiet. The owner is so nice that he was always available, and even left us a bottle of beer and cold water in the fridge, and candies on the bed. A comfortable bedroom, a living room with a spacious kitchen, excellent air conditioning in the apartment, a shower with a great flow of water. Perfect value for the price, highly recommended.

Very comfortable, and super-clean little apartment in the perfect location. The kitchen was well equipped and bedroom quite spacious. I really enjoyed staying here. Instructions from the owner for entry into the apartment were excellent. I definitely recommend!
