We loved the room. The food was pretentious and unremarkable and incredibly expensive. Nothing memorable about the “tasting menu”, Breakfast at euro 22 per person also left a lot to be desired. A real shame as the hotel, garden and rooms were lovely. So recommend the hotel but skip the food.

The breakfast didn't have much variety, I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Great service and rental bikes available. Nice rooms with great layout.

The road in front of the hotel is quite noisy. Take a room in the back if possible.

The tower room (4th floor) was fabulous. Almost 360 degrees view on the forest surrounding the hotel. Sitting in the living room, you just see tree tops all around you. Spa and gym were nice too.

No hair conditioner! Why?? Who needs body lotion anyway? When traveling I recon on 4 and 5 star hotels to provide conditioner. Here they deemed this bathroom item not necessary, so my hair was a mess as a result. Staff didn't want to help me out on this one. Then: hotel "gastronomique" but a restaurant with just one menu. A good one, sure, but the next night we had to go out and find dinner elsewhere. Breakfast: pancakes from the supermarket, scrambled eggs baked too far (dry crumbles). Suite: the balcony was too dirty to enter (birds had made it their home). Chairs and tabels in the living room were old and worn down / damaged (laminated wood furniture, in 2021, really?). House keeping skipped us one day, we were forgotten.

Breakfast was good , staff at breakfast were really nice Room was OK but a bit on the small side. Glasses and towels were not replaced the first day Would have been nice to have the choice to eat outside 2nd and third evening but we were told there was insufficient staff to do inside and out Only one dining option on third evening we wanted to eat in bar but it was closed at 6.30? However we were allowed to only have one course and coffee in the main dining room but had to get permission for this Food in restaurant was good - very good but very little choice not expected this for a 5 * hotel Overall staff were very friendly Plenty of good free parking Balcony was good , nice and big and good view of the garden but no table and a bit noisy because of proximity to main road

Check in was not efficient . Key I was given did not work ( OK that happens ) but then I had to wait ages for the receptionist to finish a long phone call before she fixed it ....she could have done this while still on the phone its not complicated . Someone spilt something in the lift and it was like that from late afternoon and all evening , when we mentioned it to the receptionist she laughed , said she knew but did nothing about it ??

excellent costumer experience drive. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very comfortable. All meals are super tasty!

Very good breakfast and diners despite the COVID situation. The wine in particular was excellent. The swimming pool is also very nice. You can rent bikes with the children sits and the location is amazing with a lot of landmarks nearby.

The bedrooms could be slightly bigger considering the value of the hotel.

The people in the reception was very helpful. The room was big, clean with an Amazing terrace. The bed was very comfortable You can rent bikes there if you wish The breakfast baskets are very complete and with a lot of things to choose even if they are a little bit expensive! They had open the wellness area (with reservation only) and we enjoyed it very much!

We did the reservation of the dinner by booking, but when we arrived they didn’t knew about the reservation. They included us for the dinner anyway, but they didn’t have in consideration my allergy to the red wine (that was mentioned previously ). At the end we finish dinning very late because of this, even if they solve the problem with the food very quickly. For this reason we didn’t have more lunch/dinners in this place.
