They were very professional kind and understanding The hostel was a great standard would stay there again next to the train station which helped me get to Málaga hospital. They have wonderful staff

Friendly welcome, good location in a quiet old town street. Comfortable and affordable option, and walkable to the beach/old town

No parking, had to walk a long way, as the designated drop-off bays were parked up

The location of the Hotel is excellent. Very central for train station bus services and taxis. The room was very clean and the linen changed every day.

Staff were friendly, great location to sea front restaurants and bars. Also close distance to airport. The room was clean comfortable and facilities were good, really comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. Staff were helpful in arranging taxi to and from airport.

Noisy plumbing, everytime someone used tap in room next door, or flushed toilet the water flow was very loud.

Room refurbished, modern bathroom. We were on the 4th floor with extensive views from balcony. Lift efficient. Very close to railway line for trip to airport or Malaga. Fabulous little square serving cheap beer and yummy tapas. Very good value for money.

Very close to the railway station and so convenient for the airport. On a pedestrian boulevard so minimal traffic noise. Lots of cafés locally for breakfast etc.

The staff were fantastic and a nice atmosphere and great location.

The beds were very uncomfortable also the breakfast was very basic , I think there is room at the back of the bar to do hot food , would be a big improvement , shower too small and difficult to use and also broken.

I was pleasantly surprised with my room brilliant power shower. Comfortable bed. I loved the way my toiletries were replenished each day. And my room cleaned each day. I never thought this would happen in a 2 star hostel. I booked for a balcony and had the choice of 2 chairs excellent. I loved my keys being held at reception which was 24 hours. No heavy fob, and keys to carry around no lost keys! Always at Hostal

I didn't like the coat hangers. My clothes kept falling off, and the hangers kept falling off the rail so frustrating. Not much to dislike other than that really

Room was spotless with daily cleaning and fresh towels etc., very central and convenient for train, bus... staff were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful!

Very thin walls, especially noticeable at 4.00 am when an amorous couple decided to wake half the hotel with moaning, screaming & headboard banging. Ok everyone likes to have a bit but come on you don't have to let half the hostel know, especially when it went on for 3 hours!

Absolutely brilliant place, its NOT a four star hotel, with fancy bedding and gadgets etc, but its traditional terracotta tiled flooring and spotlessly clean rooms and pristine laundered sheets plus exceptionally friendly and kind staff are outstanding....also location is perfect in the centre of arroyo de la miel near the station surrounded by bars and restaurants and boutique shops...everything there. And 24 hr reception plus small bar and lovely outside terrace, even if you arrive at 2am the reception staff will organise drinks or coffee for you. Will def be back.

All good, some noise in the mornings with the road sweeper at 7am and people coming and going for breakfast but that is normal and it was not excessive, the windows in the rooms are pretty good at lowering any noise outside.
