Your breakfast is fabulous and my family really enjoyed it, your rooms are perfect.
308 the room me, my kids and my husband stayed in there were crockroaches, the base of the beds looked old, when showering water would come out of the floor and that could cause serious injuries.

But if the management can renovate the inside of the hotel that would be a great hotel.

The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the food. The view was excellent.
The bacon was too salty. I was just not happy though with the cockroaches. I wish you can do more to get rid of the cockroaches.

No elevator, dust in the stairs, poor WIFI connection. No hot water and the bar fridge was leaking.

Small mistake for the fact that were given the wrong room, but that was quickly rectified.

The location was really not bad .. close to a lot of landmarks .
The lift wasn’t working,the breakfast was not well prepared. The room that I reserved was not the one I was given .
The one I was given was so small ,the shower was very tiny. The carpet on the stairs was very dirty …😭😨😰🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

The manager acted immediately when I complained of the extreme noise that was on the floor above me on the first day, but they kept on coming down to lower floors and the noise was still audible throughout the whole time.
There was noise throughout my stay because of renovations, hammering, drilling and grinding.
This was not communicated to me during booking on the site and the money was still the same as if everything was fine with no disturbance.
I was very not pleased with this.

The room and linen is clean. Friendly staff and excellent service.
The room that I was given was in the dysfunctional hall where they are busy with renovations. I am awoken by noise from construction. Also there are cockroaches that are roaming around. There is a faulty fan, which kept on switching itself on all night.

Parking was the worst. Not safe. Also there is bad smell outside rooms. Also lifts were not working.

The location was great with sea view and the balcony was a bonus. Very helpful stuff especially a gentleman called Junior. He assisted very well to our requests.
We have to go up to the first floor to use the lift with our heavy luggage. There are no phones in the room to communicate with reception, had to go down each time we wanted something. The showers are so tiny. The cleaner came to clean but there was still chips that fell from previous night.
