This hotel exceeded our expectations. On arrival we were welcomed with a delicious glass of mimosa and the manager sat down with us to discuss what activities were possible during our stay. The hotel is super clean and everything is beautiful to see. We have never had such a beautiful view and we have been in many hotels around the world. We look back on a wonderful holiday stay on beautiful Santorini!

You will read reviews writing about how beautiful the property is, how excellent the amenities are, and how helpful the staff is. Those reviews are true. There can be no doubt this is one of the best hotels in Santorini. Sitting in a hot tub watching the sun set over the caldera while being served delicious greek food by room service is an experience that may exist nowhere else in the world. We had to leave a day early due to worker strike in Athens. Staff spent hours helping us and other impacted guests find alternative travel arrangements. Staff also helped us find food late at night after all restaurants had closed. Staff never got frustrated and never gave up in trying to help us. They went above and beyond. Truly exceptional service.

The Location: the ONLY hotel in all of Oia with views of both the old city and new city. No way to find a better location in Oia. The pool/patio area should be the set for a movie. The Staff: from the welcome cocktail, to the maps and information, to the constant greetings and smiles, to the absolute comfort they provide, I have never stayed with a finer staff. Bravo on your hiring and training. The Room/Privacy: so unique, so private, cleaned and maintained twice a day and the views from our patio were straight from a magazine. The Food/drink: our dinner at the hotel was the best meal we had during our entire visit. excellent breakfast each morning and everything served with joy. You come and never leave and be so happy.

Staffs are very friendly! Thanks to Mariana, Dmitry, Stella, and other staffs, we enjoyed our stay very much. I loved that they have own private terrace that enjoy the sunset! It was indeed a surprise for the guest! Nice breakfast and the view is amazing. I tried both restaurants in other properties, lycabettus and Lauda, but seriously the restaurant in Aspaki has better view than other fine dining! Food was nice and as It's not opened to public, very private and the level of service was outstanding.

Too many stairs but other good things can cover up and guess most of luxurious suites are designed the same.

everything was just perfect. first of all- amazing staff, everybody was really helpful. We had executive suite- it was great, also tasty food, ideal location. highly recommend this accomodation.

The secondary entrance should be closed off to guests only as non guests were able to come in through back door areas and get pictures of the landscape in front of our room. this should only be available to paying guests. this could also be a security issue as they can access patios.

Everything was amazing!! Especially, I liked friendly and decent staff, beautiful location and great food. As we told them that we wanted to celebrate birthday, they prepared us a birthday cake that was great too!! The location is just in the town centre and I think one of the best place in Oia! We also enjoyed suset from their sister hotel.

One little drawback could be the swimming pool that is not that big and a little warm(heated) in such a hot season. But the pool area is beautiful and comfortable, and every room has private jacuzzi or pool, so I was very satisfied.

I had booked to stay in a “cave pool” room. but it ended up being a room with a plunge pool and not the pool in th cave like the photos. and the honeymoon suites are very small

After coming from another hotel at the bottom of the island which had spectacular views we didn’t think it could get any better. We were wrong. In front of you is the whole of picture postcard Oia and the volcano. The room was great and the staff friendly and helpful. Each suite is fairly private but you can see into most from the path between them . also bear in mind that you can’t actually see the sunset from the hotel , you have to go to their sister hotel a short walk . The only downside to the hotel is the evening meal menu which is very small but Oia is full of excellent restaurants with amazing views anyway.

The People are extremely cute, polite, kind. from the second you step in to aspaki you will experience the spirit of the full team! extremely well done! the rooms are beautiful, the breakfast very good, the Dinner is exclusively ONLY for the Guest of Aspaki, highly recommend, very delicious 🤩🫶🏼 the Views you get from aspaki are breathtaking! thanks to all of you, Our stay was beautiful 🤩

The view was perfect, the room was large, all the food was amazing. The staff helped book rides to the beach, a terrace to watch the sunset, and anything in between. Breakfast was incredibly filling and delicious and it was a bonus that it was free.
