the stuff do not speak well english, there was created a missunderstanding, we must pay 80e for 2 days on seat beach without to be clear informed even we asked if it is free or with taxes. Not a pleased situation.

excellent size of the room, very authentic. The location of the hotel was very close to Villasimius city center which was great for evening outings. Also very close to campolongu beach which was a great plus. Room was clean. Pool was also nice.
a couple of down points which will not make us come back again.
1- The Staff. Met by indifferent reception person which we felt we were disturbing with our questions (with the exception of Bruno who was adorable). No help at all trying to climb the stairs with our luggage. Even when trying to check out the day before as we had to leave early the next day, we had to come back to the reception multiple times as we were told we should do later, and later and later...
2- Amenities of the hotel all up. Pool bar closed until 6PM, which is nonsense given the pool closes at 6PM. Pool bar closes also after 10PM, which is also nonsense given after that time, it is impossible to find even water. One night we had to travel all the way back to the city center to get some water, god bless we had a car.
3- the hotel made us feel they wanted to extract money from every single detail. Want a beach towel? 3 EUR per person (!), want your linens to be changed more frequently than once every 3 days? extra charge! You dare forgetting your aircon open too long? extra charge!
4- Parking can get overcrowded, we always managed to find the last place but many cars had to find their own solutions if coming later in the evening.
5- Poor breakfast, no single vegetable or cheese option which is a pity in a location like Sardegna.
All in all, unfortunately not felt welcome or home away from home. With a steep price of 300+EUR/ night, this hotel does not justify to value. (also note to booking.com - the hotel charges less on their own website we were advertised from the reception - a pity we had to pay a total of 200 EUR more just for booking on booking.com..)

The location, the food, weather and most of the staff working there especially the ones serving food. The lifeguard at the pool Oliviero and the another one (sorry i missed the name) are really good at their job). The owner of the hotel was super nice and made sure we had a very good stay.
Not having a good welcome at the hotel by the girl at the reception.

It was clean and tidy and the pool and jacuzzi was nice. The staff were very friendly and polite.
We had a basement room which was very noisy until around 11-11:30pm because it was below the restaurant.
I think the room was a bit overpriced, which was made very apparent compared to the next place we stayed.
It was a bit odd seeing the sunburnt owner strut around and have drinking/smoking sessions with his pals every evening at the bar, although they were quiet.
Also, the poolside bar didn’t open until after 6pm.

All food services were reasonable in terms of quality and price. The best part of this stay is that the walk to the beach is less thank two minutes.
Comfort of the beds could definitely be improved. Pillows and bedding were extremely thin.

It was impeccably clean. Nice and quiet too. The staff were super patient and polite. A nice short walk to the beach was great. We very much enjoyed the food and drink along with the environment. We are definitely coming back!!!
I didnt like that it was rated a 3 star....should have at least been a 4 star!

Great pool area and super close to the beach, really comfy beds and private outdoor area
The shower was tiny, also used an electric water tank that was barely enough for 1 person to shower with hot water, even closing the water mid-shower we had to end with cold water, being 3 of us sharing the room it took over 2 hours for the 3 of us to shower as we had to wait in between for the water to warm up again. Very inconvenient.

private swimming pool, beach can be reached within a few walk, spacious open space with many flowers and plants make it perfect for a relaxing vacation.
If the shower area was larger, it would have been perfect. It’s inconvenient for us to take shower without moving around which indirectly open the door. Hence, the water kept leaking out from the open door.

Pool was open in early may.
Inner court was nice.
Private parking.
Night lights for the bathroom.
Very friendly staff and always helping.
There was a distinct smell in the room.
The big bathroom was somewhat inconvenient(quite highly placed toilet leaving the legs hanging and a small walk-in shower).

There was a really nice atmosphere here thanks to the amazing staff and the very attentive owner who made us feel very welcome. The food in the restaurant is excellent (I had the nicest orata I've ever tasted) and the prices are very reasonable. The location right next to the beach is also a big plus.
We were here in late August so there were quite a few wasps buzzing around at breakfast time, bit of a nuisance but it's probably the same everywhere.
