Nice flat with big bathroom, clean and comfortable. We liked the Nespresso machin in the room! The bikes were also perfect,, we used daily.

The location was good fir my stay in this part of Rotterdam. The room and equipment etc are excellent

The access to the room requires taking 2 high steep narrow stairs. The owner helped with the suitcase but still it is a serious climb for a senior traveler. What I disliked most of all, was the owner sending me SMS messages the days before (I stayed here twice within a one week period) to know my arrival time. When I gave a 2 hour time slot (16-18 hrs) it was still not accurate enough, and she asked me to be more specific because she could not wait for me for 2 hours and argued that I did not book a hotel with a 24 hrs reception service. the fact of the matter is that I did sleep in the same part of the city during the same week in a small hotel. It offered excellent service, reception, elevator, room and breakfast, for a price lower than Alberti (that offers no breakfast. Next time I return to this hotel for obvious reasons.

I travelled to Rotterdam for work and therefore I was quite busy. I can't say much about the city but, the host, Dorona, was excellent! she is an incredibly sweet and attentive lady. She made sure that I felt comfortable and provided a lot of support and information that allowed me to move freely around the area on the bike they provided. The room was very spacious, clean, stylish and had big windows allowing plenty of natural light. The wi-fi was stable at all times, allowing me to carry out Zoom meeting/vide conferences. To top it off, outside the room there was a fridge and a microwave/oven to my disposition, which provided even more flexibility on my meals. I definitely recommend B+B :)

This apartement has very good price/quality ratio in comparison with other similar alternatives. The owner was very polite, professional and give us a lot of useful advices about the city.
