A localização do hotel é incrivel. A beira do lago Brienz. Lugar bonito e tranquilo. Querendo ir ao centro de Interlaken, eles fornecem tickets para onibus ou barco e em 15 minutos está do outro lado de interlaken. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto com frigobar porém sem ar condicionado, o que dependendo da época e da pessoa, faz falta. Funcionarios simpáticos, e prestativos.

O quarto é simples, atendeu nossa necessidade, porém precisa de um cuidado a mais na limpeza. Tinha alguma sujeira debaixo da cama e teias de aranha no teto.

Posizione e atmosfera rilassante.

Camera un po' piccola e minimal. Andrebbe rivista con un upgrade piu chic.

Nothing, a place is a total disaster.

We came to Thun Lake seeking calm and relax, and in Neuhaus hotel we have found completely the opposite. We arrived at a summer weekend when the weather was very nice, and the place seemed more like a beach festival area: loud music, people screaming, and no peace at all. It is located very close to the popular camping spots, the walls are very thin (and windows too), and you hear everything inside your room, it's not soundproof at all. If you are looking for a calm relax during the summer, don't chose this place. I cannot state how this hotel might be during the colder months, but I would never choose it again during the summer period. A total waste of money.

The location and view were amazing! We got off the boat and we were right there. We loved the view from our room. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant was great. We highly recommend.

I would have loved to stay another day. It was great.
