Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage am alten Bazar ist toll.
Es ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht der Sternebewertung nicht mehr. Die Terrasse ist toll, aber leider darf man sie zum frühstücken nicht nutzen, was sehr sehr schade ist.

De locatie van het hotel is prima en de kamer is ruim.
Veel hotels in de Balkan gezien, maar dit is absoluut GEEN 5 sterren waard!
- personeel wat absoluut NIET hulpvaardig is en niet kan lachen;
- als de parkeerplaats vol is, zoek je het volgens het personeel maar uit;
- vieze en stinkende kamers, hier is in geen jaren een raam open geweest;
- geen koffie/ thee faciliteiten;
- zwembad erg vies, totaal niet wat er op de foto staat;
- bijzondere wekservice om 05.00 uur vanuit diverse minaretten;
- kamer wordt in 4 dagen tijd NIET schoongemaakt;
- ontbijt in een ruimte zonder airco op het dak. Als het buiten 40 graden is, zweet de ham je tegemoet.
- kamers zeer gedateerd;
- geen restaurantje in het hotel;
- stopcontacten op de kamer deden het niet, lang leve de powerbank.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und verfügt über einen Pool und eine Dachterasse mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett bequem.
Fünf Sterne scheinen schon ziemlich hoch gegriffen… Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer war total verschimmelt. Das war schon etwas eklig. Der Duschschlauch war viel zu kurz, das war etwas mühsam. Auch sonst ist die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Liegestühle im Poolbereich wären toll gewesen.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. 100 out of 10!!!!
The rooms are a little dated, but it didn’t impact our stay and the outside & roof facilities and the staff more than made up for this.

Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend, könnte für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel etwas größeres Angebot haben. Vom Restaurant in der 7. Etage hat man einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt.

Przestronny i komfortowy apartament, wspaniały widok z okna. Bardzo dobre śniadania, w tym kawa. Doskonała lokalizacja.

Leuke receptionist, duidelijke uitleg gekregen en het hotel zelf heeft alles te bieden. Het was rustig toen ik er was, maar ik heb er van genoten.

Otelde konakladığım odada ıphone airpods kulaklığımı unutup Türkiye’ye geri dönmüştüm. Tesisle iletişime geçtiğimde yardımcı oldular, Üsküp’te ki akrabama teslim ettiler. Çok teşekkür ediyorum.

De locatie was fijn, dicht bij de oude bazar. Lekker ontbijt gegeten, ijskoud zwembad in het hotel om af te koelen.
De bedden voor de kinderen waren aangeschoven om er een familie kamer van te maken. Het waren een bank en een veldbedje. Deze lagen allebei niet erg lekker.

It was all very tired - the carpets all need changing,. The breakfast was just poor and I didn't even bother on the last day - could not even get toast, no decaf coffee and the location apart from being adjacent to the old bazaar it pretty awful out of the front of the hotel into an unpaved parking area - give it a miss next trip.
Pretty well everything could have been better - I arrived late evening - no food available and offered the fact that there were fast food eateries close by - not up to the rating promised

Localisation in the centre, very good breakfast, nice room, free parking.
During check-out was very unpleasant situation - receptionist called cleaning lady to check our mini bar. We didn't use mini bar, but cleaning lady told that three bottles of minerał water were missing. We didn't use it, but no one wanted to explain this situatuon and we had to pay for these bottles. My advice - check the mini bar with receptionist during check in to avoid such unpleasant situation.

The reception staff was helpful and friendly and the location is good. The welcome sweets on the bed was a nice touch.
I had problems with the 2 remote controls for the TV. There were no instructions - I had to call for help. No instructions on how to use the safe either. Didn’t bother to ask for help since it is only 1 night. There was no kettle for making tea or coffee.

Great location, it’s next to the old bazaar, stone bridge and city center of Skopje. Staffs are very friendly and supportive.

first night there they had a private party in the bar which we were then not allowed to use even though we were residents. also the bar shut at 2330 not allowing us to drink beyond that time if we wanted to.

The location is really good. It os close to stine Bridge and it is in the Turkish bazaar. Staff was also very kind
My room was not clean. I saw the dirts on the desk and electricity plugs. Bathroom was so old and water was not dripping out easily and it was not a good showering experience for me. Air conditioner was noisy also. Furnitures and room were old. They even did not put a free bottle of water in the room. I don't know how they got the 5 star with these features. I don't give them more than 3

Near the old town and the bazaar. The staff was the best part of the hotel. Everyone was really friendly. Rooftop bar was nice.
Not was I expected for a 5 star hotel. The A/C wouldn’t turn off in the room. No restaurant. No Spa/pool/fitness. No tea kettle in the room. The blow dryers are awful. Overall the hotel is a bit dated and needs to be renovated.

The hotel was 5 stars, but there isn't any coffee or tea maker in the room. Even when I asked for hot water, they charged me 1€ for it.its a minimum service that they can give to guests.
