We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we encountered was the upstairs bedroom was super hot! They brought us a fan after 4 hours but it didn't help. Yes it's hot in Texas right now but the upstairs bedroom wasn't comfortable or cool for sleeping. Would suggest a mini split upstairs. Everything else was great! Will return if they correct the upstairs.

We were very impressed with how friendly, professional and efficient our property managers were. Their assistance extended all the way through leasing, ambassador greeting upon arrival, and booking extra services such as the grocery delivery concierge and a boat rental. The house and guest house were very well appointed and had everything we needed for an enjoyable 8-day stay. We especially appreciated the children's play yard and the dock area--from which we swam and watched the fishes & turtles--the children in our group loved doing that. An excellent home for a vacation and we will happily return to this house, if we take another vacation at Lake LBJ. Highly recommend!

We booked this beautiful lakeside home in celebration of the wedding of our son to his beautiful bride. The hosts were gracious and accommodating in every way. Horseshoe Bay has extensive concierge services that are wonderful for an event. The home is modern, looks like a magazine cover photo, and very well equipped in the kitchen, rooms and bathrooms.

The house was as pictured. Very clean and beds were comfortable! Appreciate the guide for things to do in the area, playground for my little ones, and that there were plenty of k cups for our whole group to make coffee every morning. Would consider staying again if we are ever in the area!

Everyone in our family enjoyed our time here. There was something for everyone - a great playground for the kids, fishing for the adults, and things to do nearby. The house itself was very nice - clean, well supplied, beautiful decor, and really comfortable beds. We also appreciated the excellent customer service. We plan to return!

Excellent location in inlet with kayaks on property to explore Horseshoe Bay. Split floor plan ideal for large group. Fantastic communication all around!

VERY WELCOMING!!
This place suited our need for 5 bedrooms.. plus a serene clean surrounding! We were greeted with a beautiful table of amazing snacks!!! A delightful surprise!!!!
I wouod only tell future guests that if they plan to cook, ( there’s a great outdoor grill and patio!) they need to bring ALL their ingredients.. including salt and pepper!! For sure we would return if we can!!

Peaceful under the trees
Overall the experience was great. Beds were comfortable as was the house. The trees kept the temperature down on the hottest week of the year allowing us to enjoy the patio. The couple in the outside room did express concern about the stained toilet seat in that suite. The main concern was with the steps leading from the house to the patio. Given the age and infirmity of some of our people, it would have been nice to have a handrail to use. However the pictures were accurate so I knew it going in. All in all, we enjoyed the property and the time we spent there.

Wedding weekend near Lake Travis!!
Everything was great. House is a perfect hang out place. Beds were like the ones at the Marriott! We enjoyed every minute we spent at the property. Excellent for a big family or group of friends. Jake, the neighbors dog, visited us often and he was great. Highly recommend it.

Cozy Place
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home. There were missing photos of the lake access which was off the backyard and a nice feature to have, but the access is very shallow and we had trouble getting our boat to the dock. There was also construction next door with loud music, but the property management company did a quick job of correcting this for us.

Worked for long term stay
Property met our needs for a longer stay, our dog especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Not pleased about the lack of hot water in the walk in master shower and that problem required major repairs.

House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen supplies were adequate but minimal.
Overall, house was nice for our group of older people. There was a very nice play area - wish we had our grandkids with us.

Great house. Perfect size
House was great and had plenty of room. Liked that it was not directly on the water - but the gate that was advertised around the property was broken and we had to keep an extra eye on the kids. Loved the swing and slide set in the property. Plumbing (shower in main room ) would back up when used. All else good.

Comfy accommodations
This was a very comfortable house for our girls trip. The only things we wished we had were sugar for coffee, kitchen towels, and tissues. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed to cook our meals. Hosts had great communication and checked in by text several times.

Great property
Property was great. Beautiful and quite location, but still with easy access to the lake. Property managers were easy to deal with after the boat rental guys knocked over the mailbox. Only complaint was that the grill needed to be cleaned. House was very nice and had plenty of room for all 12 of us.

Nice Place
The house was very nice, clean and well kept. The amenities for lake life were excellent. There was a surprise kids playground that was in great “like new” condition. The playground wasn’t advertised, kiddos loved it. Made dinner each night, kitchen functioned great!

Nice Property in a Good Location
Enjoyed our stay here Pleasantly surprised by the quantities of amenities left(dishwasher soap, laundry supplies, shampoo etc). Short drive to Marble Falls for restaurants, gyms, super nice HEB etc. would recommend property.

Perfect location for a 4th of July vacation!
We loved this house and especially appreciated the private boat slip/dock that is located right in front of the best fishing hole! There was plenty of room for our family and lots of activity on the lake for the 4th of July.

This house is perfect for a large family. Accommodated handicap, pets and children. Don’t forget your own spices and cooking oils.

Lake vacation
This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Very clean and accommodating for family gatherings. The grandkids loved fishing and enjoyed the new playground. Everyone had their own space and then a large gathering space. Highly recommend this property!

Golf Getaway
This was a nice quiet location adjacent to the many Horseshoe Bay golf courses. Enjoyed the outdoor dining and separate casita for cool, quiet sleeping.

Trip delayed
We actually weren’t able to spend the weekend there due to the winter storm, but Horseshoe Bay living was incredibly cooperative in rearranging our booking

Even better than expected.
The house was large with plenty of family room and the little guest house in the back had a fantastic large covered patio with a super nice bar-b-que setup.
The kitchen is supplied with plenty of glasses, coffee cups, plates and soup bowls but you need to bring your own skillet(s) and serving bowls.
All in all you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding Find
We are a group of guys who have done an annual golf trip for about 25 years. We typically travel around Texas, but have gone to Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma as well. This house was perfect for our needs. It is just as described...very comfortable, and we all had plenty of space to spread out or hang out together in the kitchen / TV room. One of our group brought their own boat which we put in the dock. The fishing off the dock was even good. Even the "rookie" fishermen in our group were able to pull in some bass right off the dock. The grill worked out well for cooking. (We couldn't find a spatula for the grill, but that was a minor inconvenience). If you are lucky, Jake the dog from next door might come pay you a visit...he was great company on the dock as well.

Loved it!
The house was great. We had two families and it was perfect size. We couldn’t pull the guys away from fishing. It was a nice quiet spot perfect for our little getaway. The communication was good with the owner and he was very helpful with some date changes we needed.
We hope to make it back!
