It was a place to sleep

Expensive for what it was, paid parking where nobody at check in told us that you didn’t actually have to pay the 10€ if you stayed the night so we wound up paying it and then were told after the fact we didn’t have to pay it. First room toilet handle was hanging off and the toilet wouldn’t flush, got moved to the room next door where the toilet barely flushed, had brown water and the bathroom smelt like urine. Rooms were outdated and bathrooms were even more outdated, none of which were pictured anywhere on the booking listing so inaccurate photos. Shower took forever to drain so we were just standing in 2 inches of water while showering. Stains on carpet, stains on walls, one bed had brown stains that looked like footprints on the sheets. Room was also situated on a busy main road so all you heard was cars passing by.

Beds comfortable ,clean rooms ,breakfast very good ,staff very friendly, excellent location to airport.

Didn’t have time for breakfast as we had a 5:45am flight but the location is perfect for anyone flying out of Shannon. Food was lovely, staff were lovely. Only downside was the dead heat in the room. Will definitely be back

Air con in the room maybe?

Super location for an early morning flight. Room was clean

Bed was hard. Shower was just a small hose head over the bath. Little or no atmosphere in the bar\lounge\communal areas.

I found it a little over priced.

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend and wished we could have stayed longer! From the moment we entered to the moment we left, we experienced wonderful courtesy and professionalism from the staff. We had dinner in the bar and it was both tasty & mouth watering. Breakfast the following morning was totally self service with an exceptional display of both hot and cold food. Bedroom was spacious, warm and comfortable and totally soundproof! We expected some noise being at an airport hotel, but we slept soundly. Shower was a powerful traditional one but with the added bonus of a monsoon and plenty of toiletries were provided. BIG shoutout to Jason who made our stay so memorable. He was present at both meals and ran the bar and restaurant with courtesy, effectiveness and humour! What an asset to your company! We can’t wait to return :)

I liked the hotel being so close to the airport.

Staff were amazing!!

This was a fairly regular airport hotel stay with a nice breakfast. We also appreciated having an electric fan in the room, something that is not so common in Northern Europe.

The water pressure was very low in the evening.

Location

The food was poor. My son’s pizza was almost inedible. I had soup that tasted like it came straight from the can. The bread was hard. One waiter could barely speak English. The dining room was cold with poorly fitting windows. The reception staff were cold, borderline rude.

We have been staying at the Park Inn for years with our frequent travels to western Ireland. The location right at the Shannon Airport is extremely convenient. Staff are always pleasant. The food in the lounge was exceptional this visit. The rainfall showers are the best!

The bedding is far too hot.

Late check-in our booking wasn't on the system which was disappointing as I'd spoken to a member of staff earlier. However Andrea was so professional and sorted the issue quickly. A very competent friendly obliging young lady.

Breakfast was very busy and noisy.

location fantastic . The waiter in the Bar The older guy was fantastic. He was there also last yr and very good at his job ..

it was freezing heating barely on . But they looked after us with heaters on our room which were great …

the staff were great the place was lovely but it was freezing cold even though radiators were hot
