Beautiful property in an amazing location . Staff at reception was lovely,

We had to leave before 8 and couldn’t come back until after 4 because there was something going on .waste of money for a day ! Couldn’t use the facilities because we couldn’t stay in the hotel . Bed was rock hard , dreadful sleep .

Staff was friendly, Hotel is clean and at a very good location. Free parking is definitely a plus value.

At arrival after 16:00, the room was not ready (check-in starts at 16:00), and we were not given a time when it would be ready. We had to wait for about 45 minutes. On the positive side, we were invited for a drink on the (beautiful) terrace. When going into the room, the extra-bed we had ordered for our daughter was not there. The room also was too small for an extra-bed. Another room could not be found, so we accepted to have a bed squeezed in and spend one night like this. The next day, we were given a larger room. Thank you to the very nice lady taking care of the rooms. At check-out, we had to wait about half an hour until the complicated check-out of a group had been done. Hard to understand why the check-out paperwork is not ready in advance, and why no second person was present at the reception to do our check-out (which was done in 3 minutes).

Tout était super ! L’hôtel, la vue, la chambre, l’entrée donnant directement sur le parc, et surtout le personnel adorable et sympathique. La literie est extrêmement confortable.

Hotel ni vieux ni nouveau., vue sur dechets , pas de diner au restaurant ; car soirée privée; pas de room service , petit dejeuner tres moyen , chambre grande mais decoré froidement ... personnel pas professionels du tout ....j.y retournerais ....

The location and the view.

When booking, I had asked for a table by the window in the restaurant. I was informed the hotel would try to accommodate that when checking in. When checking in I was told the restaurant was closed. It wasn’t - they had a function on… It was stifling hot in the room - so the windows had to be open with the fan on full blast. That was a problem. There was a function right underneath our open windows which partied until well past midnight - the night porter finally closed the party at 1am on request. However, at 7am the breakfast customers started. The room was dilapidated with paint cracking several places and a lot of dust in the harder to reach places. Not a lot of sleep and not commensurate with the price.

The room was very clean with an incredible view, perfect for any couple to enjoy a romantic weekend visiting France and close to transport into Paris

The Junior Suite was comfortable, spacious and clean. There was a good view over Paris. The hotel is right beside a large park/garden.The staff were lovely., friendly and helpful..especially Richard. Hotel had a nice "feel"...not stuffy

The air conditioning was not switched on so we had to open windows to reduce the heat. The advertised English channels were no longer available and the internet was intermittent...off completely for 24 hours. These are basics for a hotel of this star rating....and for the tariff charged...
