beautifully suisse and comfortable and in a great spot ! scenery was incredible, staff were super friendly too !

there was a rule regarding no phones in the spa… I think this should be managed better. Admittedly I took a few photos whilst I was there but there were some taking 501 photos of themselves and playing music taking up the facilities and being generally annoying.. not what you want when you want to relax and enjoy some of the most breathtaking views

the location is great. the spa facilities were really lovely with an amazing view of Mt Blanc. our room was clean and tidy and also had an amazing view of the mountain. the staff were very friendly.

Lovely breakfast- lots of choice.

Would have liked black tea and real milk in the room for a cup of tea on arrival. Toilet (separate) room was v v small.

Hotel was overpriced In need of updating Overpriced breakfast for what is available limited dinner menu hot tub was cold despite everyone asking for it to be heated showers took 15mins to heat up all staff great except one male on the front desk who was rude 4 days out of the 5 we stayed

Best massage ever done by LIA!!! I have had massages in Turkey, Cairo, the USA, Austria, but LIA is the best! Clhoe from the reception very amazing, like last year when she was a trainee. Fondue, to die for!

only issue was the wifi was not that strong and we could hear noise from the next door room.. but they were extra noisy..

the structure of the hotel is fantastic!

the breakfast is very weak, few options and varieties, it doesn't match the hotel. the hotel is beautiful it has a great structure they should serve a much better breakfast!

Spa was good. Masseuse Margot is really good at what she does! I haven't used other facilities in the hotel. The room size was good.

But the idea for the bed on a raised platform with narrow stairs not the very brilliant one, especially at night). as you can land down faster than wishing for :)

the rooms were very old and outdated, the wifi barely worked and the ‘restaurant’ didn’t serve much. The soup was inedible, its hard to wrong with soup! pity, as spa and location are great. i felt robbed for the price i paid.
