Great service, lovely spacious room, very comfortable beds, quiet and calm with no music or people shouting, marina spa was fabulous, lunch was great (try the caesar salad) - highly recommended

Huge and comfortable beds, very calm rooms

Breakfast with cheese pre-packed in plastic is not worth a five-star Hotel, especially in France having such a huge variety of fresh cheese (in this case cannot be explained with Covid as ham and salmon was unpacked as well). Beauty products were limited to body milk and a bar of soap, which could be better…

It was very clean, rooms were large and the beds were extremely comfortable. Food at dinner in hotel restaurant was good as was the service in restaurant

Extremely poor value. End of the earth type location with not best setting in bay. Reservations department has significant room for improvement. Mediocre spa services despite it being the main reason for existence of hotel. Ever so subtle hint of French snootiness. More a place for middle aged French couples. Foreigners beware!! Avoid paying for breakfast (local bakery and café only 2 minutes away with better value)

Sauna and hammam were not opened due to Covid. I recommand to go out of high season, we were almost alone in the pools and had a good time.

Room very confortable and spacious. Nice the balcony on the lake. Good treatment in the Soa. Good food in the unique restaurant.
