Room was okay, good size. However, it seems all their rooms don't have Air Conditioning and they don't even have Fans available to borrow. They only have a few "Suite" rooms with AC for which you we paid 30eur extra per night to upgrade as we arrived. Restaurant worker was friendly. Good service and good food options.

Hotel reception was allowing loud parties from group of guests in the terrace every single night. We had to call every night to complain. Also, we saw they were selling beers to these guests in the reception all night. They had an indoors parking garage that was always full. They told us to park in the outside area, and it turned out if you arrive at night this parking was also full. They almost charged me the full amount again even though I had already paid the room and only needed to pay an upgrade. If I wouldn't have noticed, they wouldn't have realized from their side either that they would be charging a couple hundred of euros too much. Reception workers were unfriendly and when we arrived, they didn't even give us information about the hotel, the recreational areas or others. They didn't even tell us how to get to our room. Gym worker was also unfriendly to several of us hotel guests. Gym is also very small, and even though it was free for hotel guests, you have to buy a drink from them if you want to drink anything while working out... The cleaning employee didn't refill the soaps for the following days. Some halls in the bottom floor had an odd smell.

Cleaning, there were cobwebs in the corners of my room, bathroom not cleaned, shower gel empty. There was a very noisy group (Ergo insurance) partying in the outside space. I had to ask reception at 11pm to tell them to stop. Same happened at my previous day a few days earlier.

It was clean and modern

I booked a twin and emailed and they confirmed it would be a twin and not a double. But it was a double!!! Too tired ro argue so and to share a bed in a non appropriate situation
