It was very good located in Baden Banden.

The standard was a very low 5 star hotel. Outside it was very loud in the night and early in the morning when window was open.

The hotel as wonderful really I like this hotel everything was special the room, staffs, breakfast and the location was the best.

If you don't arrive in a Ferrari, or equivalent don't be expecting to be treated as if you belong. Staff seems to over cater to who they believe are wealthy while treating regular guests as less than. Would not recommend to booking.com customers

The spa / sauna / pool were great. Staff solid as well.

The bed was too soft and uneven - hurt my back over 2 days.

Breakfast is top and the ambiance is classy. The service is top notch.

Unfortunately no yoga classes were offered during our stay. Not quite 5 star re room service small details ex preparing beds at night, complimentary snack and water every day.

The location of the property is fabulous as its very close the the main city center. The property was really nice and comfortable and they had some good amenities. The staff was really helpful in all ways and very polite. At first when our room AC was not cooling they changed our room without any fuss and gave us the same room just on a few floor lower but it was ok as long as the AC was working

It is excellently located. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant staff were very attentive, some of them it felt were still a little green. Room service quality is excellent. Spa pool was very nice

Minor - the stream (flow?) machine did not work in the swimming pool which was a pity. A few knocks on the door before checkout time somewhat unnecessary. But these are small, overall we had a great stay.

In general a nice hotel.

The arrogance of the receptionist when we came it is really not acceptable.

Dirty balcony; Old noisy mini-bar; Problem with door lock (we slept one night without knowledge that our door is open!!!); Old furniture in bathroom with hairdryer hidden under wash-basin; No parking card for hotel guests (necessity to pay for each leave of garage on hourly basis)

The spa was tiny (not as advertised) the sauna was broken and the pool water was soo cold it was unusable, staff were aware and not interested! Definitely false advertising as a spa hotel in Baden Baden. I had to order my eggs 3 times at breakfast as they were forgotten twice and ended up waiting in total 45 minutes for my breakfast eggs, we were early to breakfast and not many guests, so can’t find any good reason for the errors/delay! The room was dirty, makeup wiped down walls and not cleaned, coffee stains all over the carpet and pubic hairs stuck to my socks from the carpet. The water didn’t drain in the shower, the rooms are not sound proofed and the beds are terrible, bent in half like bananas (room 304). We did try to speak to the reception staff about our issues and concerns, they seemed very aware of all issues and not a bit concerned, they did give us our car parking for free however!! Terrible hotel and terrible stay!
