shower room no hot water. just likely warm to feel. our side car parking rubble on car parking area. and cables sticking upwards. over grown bushes looking very tired. and over priced . staff member was told about problems. but arguably did not acknowledge the problem and our needs, seemed to brush off the issue that we felt strongly about. just insisting us on two occasions to check with him again weather there was only warm water in the shower area. the first time was not enough. not good customer service. very poor indeed. and shouted above us at reception area where other people can listen . very poor indeed. requested a full refund.

good for 1 night, near the highway so ideal for a stop by long traveling. Cheap tank station near by, with nice bakery, so we bought breakfast there

the airco - heating was extremly noisy, we had to turn it off to be able to sleep but than the room cool down very quickly and the kids had cold. expensive breakfast

Huge parking, very convenient for our 7 metres long van. Good size room, tasty buffet breakfast .

Easy overnight accommodation. Next to the highway. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was o.k., generally offerings could have been a little more choice, but o.k. staff was friendly and o.k.

There is an awful smell ("smoking") in the elevator, in the floor (at least the 3rd floor that I was in) and the room (425). Frankly spoken I have not experienced that for a decade and I am travelling a lot. Asking for a quiet room was completely ignored. Despite the fact that the hotel is located in a very noise area, a room on the other side of the floor would most probably have been much quieter. On the side of 425 you are 30 m away from a 6-way highway with nothing in between. So what you should expect?

Nice clean quiet room, exactly what we needed to relax after long journey. We stayed with our dog, plenty of grass around hotel to walk around with him.

We had problem with check in with noone at the reception till 17:30 we had to call emergency line to get in our room as self check in machine didn't want to accept our reservation. Gentlemen on the phone was very helpful.

The location, just off the highway, was convenient & being close to Nürnberg was an added bonus for the Christmas market. The hotel, although basic, was clean & comfortable with all the essentials.
