Everything was great, it was a very nice apartment to stay in. The patio is great, the location is amazing. Everything is very convenient. We've already booked our next stay in the same apartment!

The place is quiet, well-kept, well-stocked with appliances like a coffee machine, a baking sheet and so on; there is a little couch where the second person can sleep and a bed light near it; the apartment is spacious and the shower is maintained well, with good water pressure; there is a designated parking outside. Also, getting in and out was a breeze because of the door code; the host was very communicative and responsive, which was just amazing. There was even an ironing board... nice shampoos... interesting magazines around and well-thought of evacuation plan on the wall. Overall, a great experience, thank you so much, we were able to rest well in that place.
It was not exactly easy to find this place on a map because of numerous "Street", "Court", "Lane" and "Plaza" with the same street number, perhaps, the directions to the apartment should clarify this. There were some ants (very few ones) and a cockroach, but I was told that in warm climates there are tons of cockroaches, actually it was fun chasing it with my youngster who was just screaming... I conquered the poor insect. Sadly. There should be a warmer blanket for a couch perhaps... and a hammock needs some updating as it didn't look very appealing.

I enjoyed the fact that we had our own yard, unit, and it close in driving distance to beaches and eateries.
Overall the property was wonderful, but the bed was a bit small for two adults.

Some stuff in kitchen was missing, beds not comfortable, sheets for bedding looked not so clean.

I really liked that the apartment was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Having your own private patio made it really exceptional. I've been in rooms that had a kitchen and you had to provide your own utensils, however, those are available for your use here.
I'm a bit tall (6'1") and the bed with its baseboard felt a bit short for me.

I like that the Neighborhood was quiet, It was peaceful, and the apartment was comfortable. I had good sleep while I was here. I definitely recommend this choice if you're looking to get away.

The house is really cute
The bed was not comfortable, the mattress looked like a air mattress. We had to sleep in the sofa.

Walking distance to Wilton Manors… maybe not luxury amenities but it had everything I needed… tremendous value for a day-of booking
Only flaw was no cable TV but I wasn’t really watching anyway.

I loved how convenient the apartment was. It was very clean and tidy as well. I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery. I appreciate how swift it was to check in and out. Thank You so much.

Peggy, my host, was very accommodating when I had some trouble getting the door code from the app. She helped work through the problem and made sure I could get access to the place.

I had a great time there; the patio is beautiful and you can enjoy the sun there; the apartment is very spacious; the kitchen has everything to cook a meal; bed is very comfortable and all in all it was very clean. Neighborhood is quiet - close to stores or beach by Uber. I would definitely come back!

What I liked about the property was how well it was maintained. It was well worth the price paid. The neighborhood is very nice and the other guests on the property were quiet. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to family and friends. The hostess, Peggy, was very helpful.
What I found a little surprising was there was nowhere to put my clothes. The closet shelf was occupied with extra sheets, pillows, bed spreads and towels. I think a dresser in the bedroom would have been great and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom would have been a plus. There is only one ceiling fan right in front of the entrance, which I found a bit odd considering it was right in front of the main entrance and near the sliding glass doors.
