Our flight was delayed very late and we could not make the ferry to get there on the first night. There were not accommodating with this despite the fact that it would have been cheaper for us to have cancelled the entire booking and rebooking there or somewhere else. So we paid the full price for that first night but did not stay there. This would not have resulted in a bad review on its own, but was a missed opportunity to impress us with service or show us that a nice hotel, as they aim to be, adds value through convenience. Again, we could and should have just cancelled for less money. The other business our lateness effected were very understanding and did not charge us anything. As we had missed the ferry we stayed at a cheaper hotel in playa del carmen that was actually much nicer in all of these ways and arriving here after that was such a disappointment. How was it disappointing? The facilities where just okay. The pool was small and closed very early. The breakfast was okay but something I would not have paid for if it cost money. Some (but a small minority) of the staff where just kind of casually unfriendly, one seemed very grouchy. The room itself was not necessarily small but just felt un spacious and the washroom / fixtures and such felt old. There was a patio but due to its design and the design of the hotel we did not, and I could not imagine anyone using it. It was just there so that units have patios.

Great location to the catamaran pier. Excellent breakfast. Peaceful lobby area.

Slamming doors when people went into or out of their rooms. Doors shut hard.

An ocean view room would have been better than street view, but the balcony was nice.

Perfect location close to town square and boat shuttle to Playa del Carmen. Breakfast buffet was very good, but not as extensive as in previous years. But there was still plenty to eat!!! Every hotel staff member was exceptional!

Would have preferred a firmer mattress - it was kind of saggy on the sides. Cruise ships dock close to the hotel and partially block the view.

This hotel provides everything you need for a fun vacation. The location is convenient to the central shopping and dining area of Cozumel. Every day starts beautifully with the breakfast, since the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Sinthia and Vicente became our friends! Frint desk personnel were all responsive and helpful, especially Gama.

Gamma is amazing. He took care of us late in day on Christmas. The hotel I stayed at flooded. He carried my 2 heavy suitcases up the stairs after checking me in. The escalator was broken..He was professional and composed. Highest remairks and rating for Gamma! Best beds in town!

Noise coming up in atrium 6 am preparing breakfast. Good thing I brought earplugs!

The hotel was ideally situated on the main road, with a nice view of the sea and any cruise ships docked for the day. It was above a 7 Eleven so nice and convenient. The pool was very small and there were just a few sun loungers but it had a very relaxed atmosphere. The room was clean and basic. The breakfast was buffet style. The hotel did not provide bottled water so bare in mind for breakfasts.
