The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Irina and Mia at the front desk.

The hotel is in a good location on a quiet side street just off Syntagma Square with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, it also close to the waterfront . The hotel is old and quirky and the staff were excellent. Our room (22) was spacious and we were even provided with a small carafe of wine each evening. Breakfast is served to you at your table and is plentiful - bread, jams, honey, croissants, Greek yogurt, cold meat, fruit, cake and biscuits. Enough to set you up for the day. Due to the murals in the room, photographs are prohibited.

I didn't appreciate that there would be so many steps (30 up to the hotel reception) and our room was on the 1st floor. I have trouble with osteoarthritis in my knees so it was painful. There are 2 entrances. A is street level and the rooms face inwards, B is round the corner up the steps. The hotel did offer to move us to a street level room but we had unpacked and got settled so decided to stay put for our 3 night stay. The staff also helped us with our luggage which was much appreciated. There are 3 alleys up to the hotel off Syntagma Square, the first has about 15 steps, the 2nd 3 and the 3rd is flat, so don't think you have to follow the first hotel sign if you are coming from the bus terminal end of the old town.

A very comfortable hotel with a fun and funky decor and exceptional staff.

Clean, comfortable room near the center, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was exceptionally large and rich in dishes. If you're fit - don't miss the loooong climb up to the fortress.

Do NOT park alongside the fire station on Wednesday and Saturday morning to afternoon. The Roma people built market stands around our car and we were forced to delay our departure for three hours.

we felt we were traveled back in time. I can not call it a hotel. it was like spending a day in a museum. our room was big, beautiful and clean. we had a lovely view of city with walking distance from the old city centre. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. we will make sure to book at least three days next time we visit.

It us challenging for guests with reduced mobility but it’s architecture is very much part of its charm, so definitely worth the odd narrow door, corridor or high step if you can manage them.

This is a lovely place to stay in Nafplio. As always in these small towns, parking can be an issue but actually we never had a problem. Absolutely wonderful staff, very welcoming and we loved our room. Breakfast was terrific.

Amazing old building turned into a hotel! Right in the middle of the town. Caution you cannot arrive witht the car at the hotel...you leave it in a car park and walk for 5 minutes.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The church right behind provides an amazing ambiance. You can hear the monks sing sometimes. Lovely church bells.

The AC in our room was a little weak but it was okay.

We had a lovely stay. The building was old and full of character and the rooms clean, comfortable and a perfect central location to base ourselves for our time in Nafplion. The breakfast was copious and delicious! We'd definitely stay again and recommend.

We had to leave before breakfast time. When we mentioned that, we got a little take-along breakfast brought to our room. Very friendly!
