And didnt return the money we book 2 night stayed just one and they didnt return the money for the other night we didnt stay

All aspects of the hotel and the stay are perfect.

There was only 1 single thing. When entered into the apartment at first there was a strage smell. To describe it at best it was the smell you feel when you don't open the windows to let fresh air come into a room. It wasn't something so bad but you could feel it. It smelled like old/vintage furniture smells like. But after opening the windows and the terrace doors to let some fresh air in for a couple minutes, it was all perfect.

The location

Rude and unfriendly staff, that were swearing at me, because I asked them why is the apartment dirty and with white dog hair on the sofa. As I was with a dog myself (which I had to pay extra 15BGN for), they told me that this hair is from my dog - just to clarify not only is my dog with black short hair, but we were in the apartment for less than 10 minutes. The apartment was not cleaned at all and covered with dust, spots, dirty sheets and bathroom. Stay there at your own risk.

The pool and restaurant weren't available during May. We went during the end of the month and we were disappointed. This should be updated on their booking profile...

our expectation were not satisfied at all...The staff was kind triying to improve this situation, but, actually, there was no way to succeed in that...

Dissapointing!!! We booked a hotel with heated swimming pool (about 27-28 C as we have been informed at the day of booking...We came at about 14h in the hotel and we were very disappointed that actually, the indoor swimming pool is not open since there are not enough guests???? The receptionist started prescribing us that they have called my to inform that the swimming pool is closed...Checking my phone calls, we decided that they have done it about one hour before we entered the hotel... NO ANY CHANSE FOR US TO MODIFY ANYTHING!!!. Since we complied a lot, we got 10 euro as daily discount for each room (total 30 euro per family, since we booked 2 rooms). We had to use swimming pool in Roman Bath, Bunya, that was about 6 km far from Bansko and a daily entrance for a person costs 30 euro. So, our discount was 30 euro per couple m for 3 days and we have to spent 90 euro to use swimming pool in Bunya... The presented "indoor swimming pool" on booking was afterword's instant changed to "THERE IS NO AVAILABLE SWIMMING POOL IN THE FACILITY. The apartment has good size but the furniture was very old and damaged. The breakfast and dinner were poor...A nice older woman was very kind and makes efforts to prepare the food for all guests, that was shown as impossible...suppose that was the reason for "dull" and almost all the time "cold" food...

you can hear everything next door is up to such as their water from the shower hitting the floor, walls must be hollow, you can hear the lift down the corridor and other people walking about. conversations that are down the corridor sound like they are in your living room. The hotel states there is a pool but it was shut and the staff were funny about turning the sauna and steam room on and you had to give them times to use the pool it’s not just open to use.

Great location. The apartment was a lot bigger than expected. We had a lovely balcony with a nice view. Was great for the price we paid.

only thing was the fact the indoor pool wasn’t opened, was informed it’s only opened in summer.

Breakfast was served late for a skier. 8:00

Location is great - walking distance from gondola which was very convenient - you can ski down the town and walk back to your hotel

quality of breakfast is rather low or dissapointing for the charged price. the lady responsible for check-in could also be trained in how to provide hospitality service in a better way

What did I like ? Only the location. Everything else starting from the staff which was very impolite, was horrible.

Nice staff and good location. They gave us a good vegetarian option for breakfast :)
