The location and staff were perfect. Everything was close by and easy to walk to.
There was no easy route for uber to drop me and it was difficult to walk to with luggage

Prima locatie vlakbij station St. Pancras (Eurostar). Openbaar vervoer in onmiddellijke omgeving. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet met uitgebreid aanbod.
Badkamer (standaardkamer) tamelijk klein. Weinig opbergruimte en karig verlicht. Temperatuur van het water in de douche is moeilijk te regelen.

The check-in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and quiet.
The food was excellent at the restaurant, however the service was not so good. We booked well in advance. A Group made a last minute “pre-order” and it seems that they were given priority over us and so we had to wait 30 minutes for our food to arrive. The reason given was - “oh well we had a last minute pre-book” … and then tried to get us to buy another drink while we waited!! No commercial gesture was made - it was just our tough luck apparently.

Great bar area
The superior King room was clearly misrepresented as 2 beds with sofa. It was actually one bed with sofa bed divided by wall and in a very tiny room. No room to move

De sfeer was gezellig. Prachtige aankleding van het hotel!
De kamer was netjes.
Het eten was voortreffelijk.
Personeel was vriendelijk.
De kamers waren erg warm, de ramen konden maar op een klein standje open. Logisch vanwege de hoogte. Ventilatie stond aan maar hielp weinig.
Bij het ontbijt was het soms zo druk dat we het op hadden voordat de koffie geserveerd was.

Dreadful loud ‘music’ played bttsrlf indulgent female dj. Loud and obtrusive and ruined our time spent in the bar area. We drank up and left! Certainly not the relaxing experience we expected.

We have stayed at the Pullman on a number of occasions over the past few years, unfortunately the rooms are very worn and require some maintenance.

Very comfy bed indeed.
Decor in the reception area and lounge was very distasteful. Get rid of the plastic flowers and simply. Nobody wants to be visually overlaoded when entering a hotel.

The breakfast was very good, the restaurant is very beautifully decorated and the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and ready to help, the location is ideal.
The room seems to be somewhat tiny for the money we paid. Also, we had a double room with two separate beds (we are women, by the way, and not large), the beds seemed to be very small for both of us - difficult to imagine how it appears for men.
