Very comfortable, and quiet, bedrooms.
Very impressed with the quality of the sound-proofing! Hadn’t realised there was a football match being played the evening that I was there, and was somewhat concerned about potential noise. Delighted that, with the window closed for the duration of the match, I was undisturbed.

It was near enough to walk to town centre.
Spotlessly clean. The girl who did the room was very nice and always asked if we needed anything.
We had a meal on the Sunday and wished we had just went out instead. Service was awful and staff need to be trained in customer service.
Meal was very disappointing for what we were charged. Got a white vegetable didn't know what it was but you couldn't get a knife through it. Twice we had to ask for water. The list is too long to go on but in this industry your staff should have a smile on their face. We went into town on Saturday night and had a lovely meal at a place called The Goldberry. Nothing was too much bother. I even asked for extra gravy and it was brought in a small jug. The steak pie was great with mashed potatoes and veg. My partner had 3 different tapas. It took him to finish it there was so much. The girls serving were great and very friendly. Lovely place to have a meal and very reasonably priced.

Location was good. Rooms were very clean and neat. Really spacious rooms. Bigger than I thought they'd be. Having my own private bath rather than just a regular shower was really nice. And the bed was nice and wide. Quite comfy.
My overall complaints are minor. They're more little flaws that could be fixed in future.
The internet was a bit slow and so it was a little frustrating to use.
The side of my bath had a small layer of dust although the inside was clean.
The floor was a bit creaky inside my room. Quite loud the creaks. But nothing that indicates it's broken just loud whenever walking normally.

Have visited this hotel several times to use restaurant facilities but on this occasion was wedding guests and required accomodation. All was completely satisfactory from wedding to standard of rooms. Breakfast was tasty hit and promptly served by pleasant and attentive staff.

it was close to town
staff weren’t that friendly. got breakfast to room first morning. didn’t ask for room service . when I opened the door she said . it’s 2.50 tray charge and she was rude . she looked like she had a hangover .

The Park Hotel is always our first choice for a place to stay around Kilmarnock, we have stayed several times and everything is always great! Nice spacious rooms and beds, brilliant restaurant and lovely helpful staff. Its always one of the highlights of our trips, highly recommend.

Clean, friendly & good value for money.
Prefer a buffet breakfast, but breakfast was really nice. That just my preference.
Didn't like fact couldn't get sitting in bar area, in afternoon due to it being so busy. Not enough seating in lobby. So couldn't have a nice relaxing afternoon in hotel. Had to travel out in taxes.
A bit to far from centre had thought.

Nice enough, good menu, ideal location
Wi-Fi shockingly slow, could not even hold a FaceTime call. Bed on the hard side.

The hotel, as ever, was superb. Comfy beds in comfy rooms with the friendliest of staff. Been 4 times in the past year just to recharge the old batteries!
