great sauna rooms , dinner is delicious , spacious authentic room

Big rooms, great big comfortable bed, very pretty sitting area in the corner, very nice bathroom. Everything is super clean, daily cleaning very good, the view is nice and we liked the small details such as chocolates, magazine, flowers etc. Fitness room is well equipted, but in wellness area it would be better if there were at least 1 or 2 private saunas. But there are a lot of them so there is a lot of choice! Breakfast is very good, lots of choices, even vegan & vegetarian options (much appreciated). Parking is spaceous and great. Staff is very nice! We really liked everyone in Austria generally, everyone is so nice, and so is the staff in this hotel. Thank you and we will be back to stay more than 2 nights for sure! All best.

Excellent choice for one night stay! Staff was friendly, breakfast wonderful, bed most comfortable. We slept like in heaven. Wide variety of Schnaps was great for an evening chill out.

The place exceeded whatever expectation we had. The interiors and the surroundings are stunning. The room is clean, warm and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast is among the best we've ever had in any hospitality business at any level, we were actually impressed by the variety and the attention to quality for literally everything (not only cheeses, ham and fruits but also amazing teas, muesli, marmelade, bread). We had also dinner at their restaurant to try some traditional food, and again the dinner was just phenomenal.

Breakfast options were exceptional! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had dinner at the hotel twice, both times it was excellent. The only thing I wished for was AC or at least a ceiling fan in the rooms, it was rather hot (but I enjoyed the open balcony door).

AC or ceiling fan in the rooms would have made the comfortable more enjoyable. Some kind of separation on the balcony for privacy would be nice as well.
