المطعم حيث أنتظرت نصف ساعة عشان طلب الكابتشينو وفي الأخير لم يصل على الرغم إني كلمت العامل أكثر من مره. وأفاد العامل بوجود مكينة واحدة فقط للكوفي وهي بداخل المطبخ.

Staff was helpful specially the lady in the front office also ammar and ohood were very nice

I checked in during the weekend after eid so the staaf were a little bit less than expected so the check in was late because there was only one lady , also the bellman was only one guy he was super busy with other guests and he took almost 30mits to help us with it .

The housekeeping staff and concierge were very helpful looking for my missing earing. They really tried their best. Kudos to them!

every thing has awesome expect sona bath and swimming pool there is no staff to assist us

I would request to have more vegetarian options in the menu for lunch and dinner. The breakfast menu was good and the hotel rooms and washrooms were very clean.

Less options in veg/vegan menu

In total it was a good stay.

There was a little smell in the room although they changed the room for us directly, but still there was some smell in the second room. Hotel was not full and very little people we saw.
