The location is excellent. Really close to the train station and amongst shops and restaurants. Supermarket is just around the corner.

Had a great view from our balcony of the Matterhorn. Yeleana, the receptionist, was fantastic and always had a smile on her face. The room was very modern and spotless. The room was warm, and our bed was comfortable.3min from the station in the main street. The entrance is set back in building if you have trouble finding it, just look for the Testa Grigia Pharmacy green cross, and it's right next door.

The room is super cozy and clean. The bathroom is big! The view from the balcony is spectacular. On the second day of my stay, it was snowy. The balcony was full of snow. We had a lot of fun playing with the snow. The breakfast was also good with a lot of varieties you can choose from. The staff are friendly.

Locations and big room and nice options for breakfast. The staff is also very helpful.

A wonderful stay. we had an an amazing room (306). it was huge with so much space, with a seating area, dressing area and lovely modern bathroom. the bed was super comfortable. we had a huge private balcony with the most amazing view of the Matterhorn. a short walk to the train station and in a lovely location in the centre of the town with east access to everything. The staff were exceptional and a special mention of Yelena who was most helpful and had a welcoming smile every time we saw her. The breakfast area is lovely and was adequate. overall one of the nicest places we stayed at. Would definitely book again if we visit Zermatt.

Nothing. There are a few steps to get to reception area but wasn’t a problem for us as we never had lots or heavy suitcases.

The spacious room wt a good bed. Nicely decorated and warmth. Love the view with a balcony overlooking the Matterhorn.

The breakfast which is quite limited. And we have to ask for water.

Very clean hotel and very spacious ….Good location 5min walk to Train station

Shower is only a hand held with fluctuating hot and cold water, heaters were not working and breakfast is very basic.

The hotel has the perfect location. The staff is great.
