The views were amazing. Our upgrade to the penthouse was fabulous. Ballina has been the highlight of our trip down the east coast to Sydney. Everything about the penthouse was fine.

The view was great the location was okay.

I don’t think it could be better, we had no complaints or issues with the apartment or staff everything was good.

The apartment was very large, clean & comfortable with great views.

The parking spot was tight.

Delightful and comfortable.

Penthouse was fantastic, comfortable and clean and very spacious.

Some milk, Coffee pod machine would be a great addition and lighting outside on decks.

Clean with plenty of cooking appliances, utensils and containers etc.

The blinds let in a lot of light.

The view was excellent. Nice to have breakfast and look over the river. The apartment was well appointed and he kitchen equipment was in good supply. The receptionist was very helpful in solving issues with the television and gas stove.

The television needed to be updated with a software updated. This took some time to do. But as previously mentioned we had to ask the receptionist to come up and work out the issue (which she did kindly). The airconditioning had to be run at 27 degrees to get the place warm. Maybe we didn't have it set correctly.
