The building is an historical building, a great way to discover Tbilisi and his history. We walked everywhere in the city from the hotel. The rooms are very big and confortable, with a very busy and ancient decoration. The staff was nice and helpful. We didn't had time to enjoy the rooftop which looks great.

The breakfast wasn't at our taste... No chairs were confortable to seat on, either too low or too high.

The hotel’s central location made it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was decent. The friendly concierge provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions.

Well, hospitality was superb, smiling people and manager greeting us in the morning, did have a quick chat with him about the hotel. He asked for suggestion about breakfast which was already very good. For the given price range it was much better than I thought it would be, from walnuts and fresh waffles to lava cakes and a great cup of coffee and hot omelets, Nice selection of salads as well, I really enjoyed tomatoes in Georgia and breakfast area was not an exemption.

It is pretty difficult to find any, no issues with the room, however it would be great to have a swimming pool which was lacking in this hotel.

The room size was small and dark with brown wall paper, the lights above bed hits your eye badly, the shower spills to toilet floor and outlet hole is closed due to some bad smell from the hole and most importantly the dishonesty they showed when i booked 2 times and cancelled in booking.com stating i didn't show up..while i checked in on time and paid full though i left 2 nights early as i couldn't stay there further. They did this because i raised the issues and told them i am not happy. So, to avoid writing this review, they cancelled my 2 separate bookings. But i took it up to booking.com, and they reinstated it. I stayed actualy 2 nights. The breakfast is below average, the waiter dont clean proper the tables, and the staff is not warm and friendly at all except the 2nd day waiter in the restaurant. The bed is too soft and not comfortable.

New, comfortable and with great location. Famous walking street orbeliani is just next door. Delicious breakfast and its waiter Hellen was super helpful. The best service.

Bar was closed in the evening but terrace was working but I preferred bar vibe. Seemed more cozy. Terrace was full of locals and live music

I liked the location of the hotel, that it is near to many places that you can visit and enjoy. My room was big with nice view from the balcony. The bathroom has a water spayer (shatafa), It needs fixing though :)

I was expecting a discount for my extension in the hotel but unfortunately it did not happen. The noise from the rooftop terrace makes it really hard for anyone to sleep early. The lighting of the room at night is really bad.

Absolutely liked everything. I also wanted to thank Amanda. She helped me with everything, kind and smiling. Breakfast was good, staff super. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Lack of drainage system in the bathroom created a stagnating smell at times. Not all the plugs worked in the room.

Very nice and pleasant stay . The staff is very accommodation and helpfull especially at the reception. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. Very clean and tidy rooms .Strongly recommended for friends .Definitely there will be other visits .
